No not happy. Both of the people I dealt with could not give a stuff about me at all. Extremely unprofessional.

HAYS has been an outstanding recruiting agency. Quick response times, professional attitude, and long list of clients they deal with, makes it stand out from others. There is some or the other recruiter helping you out for new opportunities. The best part is they guide you really well for interview. Their emphasis on STAR technique and the relevant examples truly deserve 5 stars!

Logging into the Hays website to apply for jobs is the most painful thing. Firstly, it doesn't recognise my password probably because the account has been disables due to prolonged activity. Secondly the forgot password option sends a verification code that arrives after it expires. So you'll probably have to do that 3 or 4 times. Then once it's verified it doesn't send you the forgot option link which is the whole reason why it sent me the verification code.
To put it simply, they refuse to put you for roles without applying through their website and their website is the most horrendous website on the planet to use. After going round and round in circles attempting to apply for a job, I'm worn out and have given up: (
Time to get a new website Hays, either that or take my application via email especially when I've been working for you for many years and you know very well who I am.

I had approached a Business Manager, Kim, at Hays before my arrival in Melbourne and I was really impressed that she was open, responsive, helpful. I have been in touch with her once I arrived in Melbourne and with strong network and connect of Hays and Kim, I got a job with very short period of time. I cannot thank enough for Hays and Kim for the support.

One of the worst recruitment agencies in Melbourne. Some consultants are good. But like most people some exercise more authority than they have. Alex M####tov shouldn’t be in this industry she’s unprofessional.

Hays Agency Recruiters (Charlotte, Joel and Grace) displayed professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process, and I felt valued as a candidate! They three went above and beyond to understand my skills, experience, and preferences, and matched me with a job opportunity that aligned perfectly with my career goals. What started out as a job for few weeks has been extended till the end of the year (7 months all together with a possible extension). Thanks Hays, you are the best in this business!

Laura sent me to a job on the premise I would only need basic hand tools hammer etc.when she sent me the guys number I called him to make sure I would need those tools and was told I would need a number of power tools? She would of sent me somewhere knowing I didn’t have the right tools this is a sales focused agency who doesn’t care about their workers they just have quotas to fill

Thoroughly enjoyed the work I received through Hays. Their staff are friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to solve problems that were inevitable in such a huge task.

Unprofessional Sales focused consultants who don't really listen to you and your needs on the phone. Just want to place you in unsuitable roles with low pay! Would prefer not to name and shame who I've been dealing with but would not recommend to anyone. Shame on you Hays, I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst recruitment agencies they will interview you waste a lot of your time doing that and this and finally don't even hear back from them if you know some one is not competent for a role why do you waste their time if that's another agency they will check the candidate details prior to interview and follow the process not just after doing everything and more over they will send you texts again that roles available but don't respond if we need to know more about it and I even got calls that whether im interested in a role after asking for information didn't respond
All I can say is waste of time

Very poor attitude, promised a lot, delivered nothing. Inappropriate forms of contact and general bad faith displayed during the entire process.
