As a builder I have been purchasing all my appliances from Stephen Tay he always goes above and beyond and ensures items are delivered on time at the best prices. I have referred Stephen to all my contacts as he has knowledge on all items and excellent service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a 1 hour click and collect yesterday at 2pm and its almost been a full 24 hours. I got hung up in my face when I said " okay thanks" after they told me to wait two more hours. I doubt I'll get it today and I'll leave a bad review for everyday I do not receive it because I dont play about my money

Friendly and patient staff. Many thanks to Stephen who helped us with all the recommendations and selection of the appliances. Great service! Definitely the guy to go to with anything we would need.

Staff were friendly when they try to sell something to you. When comes back for product issues all staff were push the responsibility to someone else. End up no one to serve you and the whole process was super unprofessional and disappointing. Never going back again! Not recommended!

Requires having to go to warehouse for small stock where you need to wait for a long time. If there is another appliance store where they have the stock in the same store where you can choose it, go there instead

Zero follow up on orders. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a Harvey Norman franchise.
HN Richmond has slot to learn from there Chadstone store.

I hope this place never moves. Sells plenty of things, TV, coffee machines, appliances, you name it. The best store if you live in the inner east just outside of the CBD

When it comes to buying appliances, I'm extremely fussy about brands and prices and among friends and family, I'm known to be a thorough researcher in this area. Everytime, I want to purchase an appliance, I end up getting it from this place. I guess this sums it up! The whole team including Nestor and James are professional and provide you with the right advice and very competitive prices.

Have purchased 3 major items now from my Fabulous Oled C9 to Roomba floor mopping robot & today with my Beaur foot spa. Staff are knowledgeable and professional.

Purchased a new all in one computer here for my Mother in Law. The staff were extremely helpful and we were very happy with the price.

Well stocked with decent prices. Friendly staff but variable competence. Placed an online order for a printer 3 weeks prior which never arrived. Online channels of enquiry generically defaults you to the shop whom are meant to contact you within 24hr but never do. Personally went down twice to enquire and first time was assured it was arriving in next 2-3days. Prior to going down the second visit phoned up and the person states that it had arrived even before my last visit and he'd check and call me back. He never did.

So during the second visit was met with someone who helped me change my place of pick up.

So ya, don't know what's going on there with their orders and inventory MGMT and pretty terrible customer rapport building.

Had my new fridge delivered yesterday in sweltering 40 degree heat by a lovely man named Joe. He did an incredible job getting the fridge through several tight squeezes, quickly and without any damage to the fridge or the house. What an absolute legend!

My first visit was on the weekend a little while back, and it was so busy I circled for twenty minutes and was unable to obtain any assistance. Fair enough, it was not HN's fault, they were well-staffed there were just heaps of customers, I gave up and left. That experience did not contribute to this review.

Flash-forward a couple of weeks, I went in on a weekday hoping I'd have more chance of getting served. They weren't busy, there were a few staff around, some serving customers, some chatting amongst themselves. I went to the aircons and looked around for assistance. "Can you deal with this guy" one staff member said loud enough for me to hear. His colleague kind of 'huffed, ' also loud enough for me to hear, and came over to offer assistance. He was unable to answer a single product question. His only source of info seemed to be the label on the products, which utterly confused him, so I don't know what hope any customer had.

Apart from not being any good with product knowledge, he was rude, patronising, dismissive and it was clear he was just 'dealing with me' and had no interest in helping me work out which aircon was the right size for my home. He also exhibited no basic sales skills- not a single question, no attempt to rebut my concerns, no attempt to close a sale. I was appalled and jumped in the car and drove to the nearest Good Guys where I bought an $1800 and and $800 RC aircon that same afternoon.

Lift your game, Harvey Norman! You are only as strong as you weakest staff member. I won't be back.

Just picked up a new fridge and washer for a great price courtesy of Nick. Very grateful for the outstanding service and professionalism.

Just a shop with a good range of product but no room for moving feels like the shop floor is taken up by floor display

Went to Harvey Normal Richmond to buy and oven and was helped by Rod, the Salesman, who was so efficient and knowledgeable. He made the experience effortless and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly to us and had completed in the transaction in no. Greatly appreciated his assistance as he also was able to advise us on a cover for a Franke sink. Thanks.

This is our local appliance store. They are always helpful and not too much pressure. Suggest you don't accept the ticket price before agreeing to buy.

Great customer service in computers, electrical and white goods. We’re coming back here simply for the great service then we’ll haggle on price!

Excellent service and great prices. They even helped guide us through the installation of our purchase over the phone. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.
