Came in to to see the Samsung fridge options and came out 15 minutes later with the exact fridge we wanted but for $1,100 cheaper, a great deal on a matching Smeg toaster and kettle and a beautiful Stanley rogers cutlery set. Patrick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience easy and quick!

Just bought a washer dryer combo although the reviews were not very good the machine is quieter than my old LG it washs and drys the clothing and they come out smelling fresh glad I bought it rather than spending extra money I don't have I'm glad I didn't go with the reviews and took the advice from the outlet thanks guys I'm very happy

Always lot of different products to see, can be hard to get some assistance though but generally a good place to have a gander!

It's a big store! You'll find some great options for TVs! The staff is super helpful and friendly:)

Just had the best shopping experience with David who works here. We bought a front loader and dryer. He was extremely helpful and friendly, could answer all our technical questions, wasn’t pushy at all and made the experience stress free (as I normally hate shopping). We will definitely be coming back here because of David’s service. Thanks heaps Dave.

Walked into two different departments -first the section with the vacuums, then the section with all the computers and TV’s. I was the only customer in store. I was planning on spending over 1k today on new monitors - but your staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. I stood there for 5 minutes and then walked out. I’d rather go somewhere where I’ll be acknowledged by staff.

Staff are friendly, helpful, informative. Prices are very very good for usual appliances with scratch and minor dents. Compare prices to full retail store next door, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. We have bought many items here.

I’ve been a HN customer for as long as I can recall. Today I purchased a couple of appliances and was assisted by Mario who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. However, when I reached the cashier desk to pay I was spoken to and treated really poorly by the older woman behind the desk. There was some confusion about a gift card I had recently earned by shopping at the store (spending over $4k in that transaction I might add) and this particular cashier was extremely rude because I didn’t know exactly how their internal processes worked & wasn’t able to tell her how to access the gift card attached to my account. At one point an elderly gentleman queued behind me politely enquired if he could checkout somewhere else since he was time-poor and this process was taking a while, and she was very passive aggressive & snappy towards him as well. It’s not often I’ll take the time to leave a negative review but as someone who works in customer service for 11 hours a day and is a loyal HN customer, this was really disappointing and I would never treat a customer like that. I won’t be returning to Harvey Norman Richmond.

What a joke this store is, completely un qualified staff - came in to print photos via self serve kiosk option - but need staff to print them out and 45 minutes later 3 staff had a go at it to finally tell us that they can't do it at all. + can't even delete the personal pics that's in their system which they can't print nor delete - no concept of privacy nor any safeguards to stop misuse of it. A completely waste of time.

Needed a stove urgently, got told there were 3 in the warehouse so paid for it. They lied and there were nil in the country and would not be any in their warehouse for weeks. Never ever shop here. They are liars.

This Richmond branch has a really good appliance section with large range of brands and options per brand. They are also implementing an “experience centre” on the premises for live demonstrations, etc.

A completely distrustfull franchise of Harvey Norman. The playbook for this store seems to be the reversal of what customer relation expectations should be. Buyer beware.

Gerry Harvey stole our tax payers money and now price gouging the public in a pandemic. Don’t shop at Harvey Norman.

When they try to sell you the product on display without its box claiming that once a product goes on display they throw the box away! Well can you see the error in that way of thinking?

Bought my chiq tv from this place few years back and I just loved it, also walked out with a fridge:) just couldn't resist the value.
Just recently bought another tv and couldn't be happier with what I got great picture 10 out of 10 thank you.

I purchased a watch from Richmond. I got home and learnt that the product box was empty. I contacted the store manager of the Richmond store who told me to, and I quote "stop wasting my time".

I have spent TEN days attempting to contact Harvey Norman via Facebook, Email and Live Chat but to date, I've received absolutely no help from them whatsoever! HOW CAN YOU, AS A COMPANY, SELL SOMEONE AN EMPTY BOX AND THEN WHEN YOU'RE CONFRONTED ABOUT IT, BLATANTLY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING? !

The staff here is more helpful than the standard store. Although there are limitations being an outlet store.

No customer service whatsoever. No one acknowledged us for 20mins & when we asked for help none was forthcoming. We gave it another 10 mins & left One star is one too many!

Good to check out the much cheaper deals here compared to their main stores. Not bothered with a tiny scratch that you can't see.
