92I have bought a number of appliances from Harvey Norman and usually love their service. Today however I went to pick up a $999 Dyson hot and cool purifier only to be told it had been sold even though I had paid a $120 deposit. I know It's just an appliance but after the pas year and a half being such chaos I was sincerely looking forward to this treat for myself. I am seriously disappointed and wasn't even given a date of when one would be available.
Went to buy Samsung or LG smart 4k, they couldn't match deal from elsewhere but we were shown a far better deal on TCL QLED, very similar features. Seek Brett for super helpful serv.
Great service as always.really good how they've changed the layout and put signs up as to which store to visit there as there's the retail, factory seconds, warehouse and other bits and bobs all next to each other (or around the corner to pick up from the warehouse hehe). Its like your usual Harvey but just sprawled out in the inner cbd as best as they could:)

Visited the store today for a deal on an LG Oled. Long story short, save yourself the hassle of poor customer service and unprofessional sales people and negotiate a better deal at the Harvey Norman Retail store a few doors down.
The store had the LG OLED65BXPTA on the floor. (Personally I was after the OLED65CXPTA) but for the right price was happy with either. Key points of my experience today:
1) The oled65bx had a price tag which was higher than the cost of the oled65cx advertised on Harvey Norman website.
2) When I brought this to the attention of staff, they blamed the fault of someone who did not take off the tag.
3) When I asked to negotiate, the 2 sales people acknowledged the prices I had seen online. They offered a deal which was out of my budget and not very competitive.
4) As we continued to browse, the 2 sales people were behind us mocking our budget and insinuating that we were unrealistic on price for that particular TV.
5) We left the clearance outlet and walked down to the Harvey Norman Retail store, negotiated with the manager and a sales person and purchased a OLED65CXPTA at a price a couple hundred cheaper than the "offer" of the clearance outlet.
If this clearance outlet cannot provide clearance pricing, it seems redundant to spend time (or money) in this store.
I went in today to buy a mini fridge and was greeted by Steve, an incredible sales man who was passionate about his job and products. I have to say, I've never had so much fun buying appliances before. A great guy to chat to, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his customer service was A+
I'll definitely be coming back to Steve for all my future appliance needs!
Was just in here for over 20 minutes looking for a washing machine, ignored by staff the whole time

Staff are friendly when buying things. But when it comes to claiming warranty it is a different story. I submitted a faulty GPS two weeks back. It is with in one year warranty. Haven’t hurt anything yet. Went to store today. Enquired about my issue and without even looking at my receipt guy i was dealing said it has send to factory and under checking. Very disappointing. Good luck with your purchase!
They had a few issues tracking down my order but got it sorted eventually. The new fit out is an improvement from before.
I have purchased a couple of appliances from this store and always found the staff inside to be very helpful. They came into their own, however, when my washing machine developed a fault and I was trying to find a receipt. Expecting it to be a long shot, within 2 minutes of calling the store, a copy of the invoice for the purchase made over a year ago was in my email inbox. Thank you for the very fast and helpful service. Sheryl was the staff member who helped me on this occasion.

I have been to Harvey Norman Richmond many times over the past few years and deal exclusively with George and Chris in appliances. I have had the pleasure of introducing many friends to this business. The service, pricing and effort is 100% faultless and I wouldn't go anywhere else and would happily spend money here. Don't look past this team.
Purchased a Simpson Washing Machine 10KG with lint filter yesterday from Harvey Norman Richmond. Customer Service is second to none. Transaction was easy and smooth and goods were delivered fast and installed. Simpson washing machine is the best we have ever used. Thanks to Team at Harvey Norman

Selling me a fridge from the floor and telling me it’s brand new! Further to that it was covered in dents, which is not ok when I was paying full price!

This is for Harvey Norman, not the outlet. I ordered an item, I received an email and SMS that it was ready for collection. I went to pick it up but was told sorry you have to wait 2 days. Very poor customer service. No call to say the were issues.not the first issue with Harvey Norman Richmond.plan on staying away from now
Bought all our appliances to start up an apartment here. Great price and even better service. Nestor took care of us, recommending suitable products for our needs. Purchased a scratch and dent washing machine that looks basically flawless. Everything was delivered without a hitch, very happy
I puit a 1 hour click and collect order in and it didnt happen.the only reason i even ordered was because of the 1 hour promise.don't put 1 hour on your website if your employees or locations wont uphold to it.if it comes through tomorrow im cancelling it to get my money back
