69I was looking for a toaster oven, but they only had small units, so l purchased an oven over the internet from K-Mart
Went looking for new dining and lounge furniture, staff yelled out to the back of me if i needed a hand, I'll pass thanks and go somewhere that actually offers customer service.

Justin at Harvey Norman Chirnside Park was amazing. Their pricing was better than others, and their service was spot on. They helped plan out the appliances for our renovated kitchen, even suggesting things I hadn't thought off.

Purchased a computer and paid $129 for them to "set up" the computer. I brought in my laptop for them to transfer the data and gave passwords for them to set up the email etc. Got my computer home and nothing was done. When I rang and complained they gave me a 1300 number for support and told me I would get this free of charge.
Beware!
