I bought a fridge but realised it was too small after it had been delivered and unboxed. Mukesh was kind enough to organise a pick up and refund after getting approval from his manager. He is an absolute legend. He even helped me look for another fridge that was more suitable. Can't rate him high enough - fantastic customer service!

Called to say here for click collect waited 20 minutes called again. Then had to wait because they said wrong name was on order. How can wrong name be in our order?

Reasonable service /although one other staff contradicted the person serving me, not happy about the sales person trying to up sell another warranty which was 20% of the purchase if taken, seeing the product is covered by a statutory warranty and by the maker

He is professional and always has the customers best interests in mind. He is exceptionally honest and provides an outstanding overall service from price matching to making sure you are happy with your item. He really does go above and beyond. I tried a few other places and couldn't get the answers i needed. Michelle not only knew the answers but had a ton of other helpful info.

I was really impressed by the service I received this afternoon by a service attendant I think is called George. I had a tricky return and he went out of his way to accommodate the request and facilitate it with nothing but willing professionalism and a desire to help. He assured me that it was not a bother and undertook several processes to resolve my dilemma. Thanks for the positive helpful service.

Got a great deal on a Samsung 65 inch TV via the internet and they held the unit until I could pick it up. Great service and very competitive.

We were served by Alex and he was brilliant; came in with my brother looking to buy a laptop and Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly and guided us to a good decision promptly -brother was very happy with the one we picked out:)

Recently I had to return an appliance that stopped working And was scared that I’ll have problem getting refund. However I got refund without any problem. Since I needed a new oven i went to oven and stoves section and was fortunate to be attend by Mr. Andrew Forsyth. I can not prize him highly enough. An example of “Customer first” service. Pay rise or good Christmas bonus would be in order for all the staff at the store, Mr. Harvey! I am sure you can afford it!

My TV had a fault (75” screen) 3 months outside of the normal manufacturers warranty period.

Luckily I bought Product Care with it when I bought the TV (an extra 3 yr’s warranty).

I called the store, they organised to have it assessed. They turned up the following day. It's going to be replaced tomorrow. Awesome customer service.

Very grateful I bought it at the same time as the TV.

You don’t realise you need this type of "extra care" until you use it.

Just want to give a shout out to Aly in electrical. Few weeks ago our microwave stopped working and under stage 4 restrictions normal processes weren't allowed. She was fantastic and really helpful and prompt considering we needed a new one straight away to help keep the baby at bay with heating his formular, she handled all the product care warranty and we picked up the new one (contact free) within a few hours. Thanks again Aly. Deserves to be rewarded for her excellent customer service.

Called the store and spoke to George really helpful young guy, l was after a large tv and after a couple of suggestions on brands an hour later the tv was delivered. Best all round service ever, thanks again George.

I needed after sales support and spoke with Aaron. He was outstanding and genuinely did everything possible for me. It is fantastic to know that after sales support like this still exists. I will definitely remember this when I need to make future purchases
