63Great food and service but music too loud. Mentioned music on way out to be told they get lots of complaints from customers but owner likes the loud music so it won't be turned down. Myself and party of 5 won't be returning, very unpleasant.
Didn’t enjoy the rice paper roll (especially the fish). The yellow curry was adequate but no spice at all. In addition, small serves for the price. We won’t return!
I like Hannoi Hannah's food and went first time to the Elsternwick outlet. The food was great but the experience would have been better if the waitress and hostess knew how to smile and not look annoyed at all times. Also the cocktails we had were plain awful, too strong and bitter when we were told that they were going to be on the sweeter side. Overall, would rate 1/5 for customer service, 4/5 for food and 0/5 for drinks.
