I am a huge fan of Halo & Hutch. After stumbling across this local Prahran store last year, it's since become my favourite shop - especially for summer dresses and coats. Great stock, affordable, and the ladies will go out of their way to help me to buy the right size and styles to complement my figure for each of their brands. Thanks!:)

I love this store! They offer a unique, high quality range all year long that you just can't find elsewhere. If you're looking for a leather jacket then look no further, with so many styles available they took the time to find me my perfect jacket that I'm still obsessed with years later. The online store and customer support team has been really helpful during COVID. Highly recommend.

I came across Halo and Hutch on Instagram and I am obsessed! Their clothes are absolutely beautiful, really well priced, amazing quality and are 100% true to fit. I have purchased a number of beautiful shirts but one of my favourites is the “Mia” shirt, I have even purchased all of the colours available and I always receive so many compliments! They also have gorgeous handbags as well. But the most important thing that I’d like to mention is the superior and prompt customer service from this online business. My beautiful Sienna lamb skin jacket arrived on Saturday and I am overjoyed. It fits perfectly, is so soft and looks as good on me as it does on the model (modest I know). I’m always reluctant to buy things online especially something like a leather jacket but the friendly team at Halo and Hutch made me feel so comfortable about exchanging if it didn’t fit and kept me updated on its delivery. Buying pricey items online from interstate can be a bit nerve-wracking, but the personal service I received with fit/sizing advice and regular updates regarding the arrival of my leather jacket made the whole process much easier. And the jacket is exactly what I had hoped for - couldn't be happier!

Walked pass this store in Highpoint with my mum and I really wanted to like this place because of how nice the clothes were. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible. The 2 ladies in the store were so rude and snatched the clothes of my mum when she asked for another size and when reading out the no returns policy, they said to her “DO YOU UNDERSTAND”? Like she’s a child that doesn’t understand English. So lucky we only spent $30 in here because that’s all your customer service is worth. $30 might be abit too generous I must say. Please learn how to talk to people like a normal human being before you work in customer service.

I had a misunderstanding with the hours during COVID-19. A thing I should definitely be more aware about with small businesses. Leaving me a little confused as to why no one got back to me. Anyway, I got this clarified after I felt a little unattended to with my purchase. Nonetheless I think this is a great store and has many beautiful things

A gem on Chapel St! I finally found a spaghetti strap maxi dress that fits me at the top and not too long. Love the styles. Great place.

Got a really cute white dress here that looks similar to Zimmermann. Friendly staff and everything is nicely arranged in store.

I live in WA, ordered a leather jacket and it was too small. Dani was so accomodating and amenable to ensuring I got my dream jacket. I sent her my measurements and today, it has arrived. Perfection! Leather so buttery soft!
Dani kept in contact to let me know when it was posted and was so genuinely helpful. Highly recommend! Wish I could visit store!

I have been in this store a few times and to be honest i find the owner incredibly disagreable. Her superior attitude is very off putting and to be honest I find it laughable that someone can attempt to convince me that a poorly fitting garment is meant to look that way. Myself and my friend commented that we thought some of the garments were nice, and her response was 'everythings nice.i can see its going to be one of those coversations'. Well not nice enough for me to spend my money in your store (ps its a shearling jacket.not a shearing jacket)

Me and my wife visited the store a few weeks ago, my wife tried on some clothing and a leather jacket, the owner and the girls were really helpful and took the time to make sure my wife had the best retail experience, , we will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family, thank you

'Carla' I witnessed you yesterday abusing the poor Owner. You clearly have anger management issues. The owner was acting professional and you as a 'grown woman' could not control your temper, which was incredibly exaggerated. I absolutely believe you were looking for a fight.

I'm a Chapel st regular shopper and Halo & Hutch is one of my FAVOURITE places to shop! The service is always wonderful, the girls in there are always honest about the outfits I try on and give the most helpful advice. Would recommend everyone to go check out the cute styles they have!

People need to be aware before shopping at this store. I have just experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This lady is extremely abusive and very racist. After I left the shop I went into another store a few doors up shaking after the attack to find out this is very common behaviour and they regularly have customers come into their store complaining about similar incidents.
