This store is my new favourite place to shop, Joanne was amazing and turned into my personal shopper, she was so good on knowing what style and size was best for my figure, along with how to style my 5 dresses I walked out with!

A HUGE shout out to Halo and Hutch on their amazing customer service. I ordered two items on a Monday, sent an email to chase up an ETA on Thursday. Darren phoned to ask if I needed the goods by the weekend, my reply was 'yes please if possible. ' He said he would express post the goods and they were received the next day by 10.00 a.m. Thank you also to Halo and Hutch for being size inclusive, us curvy girls like nice clothes too. Can't wait to check out their store. Well done guys keep up the great work, you have a repeat customer

I recently made my first online purchase with Halo and Hutch. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever received in retail and their products are of amazing quality. It’s evident they genuinely care about their customers and ensuring they’re getting the best product possible. I highly recommend!

I have no idea how people are so impressed with this store. When I saw their clothes online, they looked really good. When I got in store, the clothes actually look quite cheap. I mean, they are not expensive, but the material of the majority of the clothes looks and feels really cheap. For example, they stock sunny girl which is a cheap brand (both financially and appearance wise). Their website alludes to the clothing being halo and hutch brand but the shop is just a range of other brands. This is not necessarily a negative but more of an observation.

As for the service…. I understand covid has been hard on retail but the over the top desperation of the store staff was so overbearing. Every 30-60 seconds one of them would come in and ask if I was ok. I’m in my 30s. I’m perfectly capable of dressing myself and then asking for assistance if required. They also repeatedly pressured me to come out and show them the clothes. I have no interest in showing strangers clothes on me. It’s not a confidence thing, it’s that I know what I do and don’t like, don’t need others opinions to make up my mind, and their opinions will always be positive as they want to sell the clothes.

In the end I had to tell them I know what I’m doing and I’ll ask if I need help. This then elicited loud conversation around my refusal to have their help.

Luckily I received a phone call as I left the store so I didn’t have to debrief on why I don’t want to buy their cheap clothing.

They do have some cute stuff but it’s better to shop online unless you want to be harassed by the shop owners constantly.

Went in - spent way too much - but had the best time and walked away with many many new outfits for lots of fun celebrations this year! Like this Coral number for my longest friends wedding ️! The team were fabulous and called it like it was - looks good, no not quite right for you - felt like they genuinely cared more about me than the sale! Unheard of in this day and age! Plus I think I have told everyone I know in Melbourne about this shop! Going back for the custom leather jacket next!

The dress I bought was really flattering and postage was very quick. The dress was already pressed so didn’t have any fold marks which was great. Highly recommend

Sitting with friends having dinner on a Saturday night when I got a text from Darren @ Halo and Hutch to let me know that my exchange that I sent back only a few days ago should be here Monday!
Loved the quality of the shirt but I ordered the size up and I have had a very easy exchange to the right size.
Don't normally bother with writing a review but the service has been great from my initial order, and the quality of the clothing is excellent.
I will definitely order again with confidence
