Hairhouse Watergardens

Went in to get a piercing was told no one can do it because the person who does all the piercings is on holiday for 3 weeks.

I went into the watergardens store to get a quote on how much a full head of foils would cost. I spoke to a middle aged woman with brown hair, straight away she was condescending and rude, and treated me as though I had no idea what I was talking about or what I wanted - this is true to a certain degree, but also I came to seek a professionals help and got spoken to like I’m an idiot for asking? I suggest you work on your customer service ladies.

Have upped their skilled hairdressers over the years. Did have one issue where I booked an appointment and they had made the mistake of writing it in the book for the following Friday. Great hairdressers and great hair outcomes.

Pathetic and unprofessional approach. Piercer really needs training and equipment. Still doing with 1980’s techniques and poor outcome mostly. Really disappointed with service. Had ears pierced of my daughter recently and it was nightmare. One side needs to redo.

I came in as a natural brunette and asked to be completely blonde and showed her a photo of the colour for reference. The woman left the bleach on for too long and it turned my soft hair into hay. She then ripped out my hair and hurt my scalp with her aggressive combing. She also held the blow dryer so close to my head I felt it burning. After eight weeks of watching my hair fall out in the shower and not being able to brush it because it was so dry I decided to go back and get it completely shaved off. It took me three years to grow my hair back. Worst hair experience of my life. I will never go back.

The service the girls give in their is just amazing. Always have the products I need & they are the best hairdressers. You will always leave feeling like a million dollars at a reasonable price!

Asked for a bob cut below the chin. Ended up a with shorter than short cut above the chin line which makes me look like a little school girl. Absolutely hate it and am beyond angry with my experience!

The fat woman said that i came to the right person for the hair color i wanted.she bleached my hair instead of removing the colour that was already in my hair therefor pushing the color in deeper rather than stripping it out. She then used a colour depositing temporary hair color similar to a shampoo formula when i asked for a permanant hair color, especially for the price i was about to pay. As it was coming close to the closing time, she decided to rush thr process and keep the color in for only 15 mins when the container suggested 30 mins minimum.they lied to me about the time that was written on the container of the dye.the hair color i showed them was a deep plum purple.i ended up with disgusting fluro BRIGHT purple hair that varied in tone around different sections of the hair.not to mention parts of my hair that the hair dye did not touch and was still yellow from the bleach.i payed $300 for this junk.the EXPENSIVE Adidas tshirt i wore that day was covered in bleach and was destroyed thanks to the woman who claims to be a professional (despite having the covers over my clothing she still messed up) stay away from this hair salon and thier self-trained employees.

So happy with the experience i received here. Lovely ladies whom made so much conversation with me and i love their work honestly am going to come back.thank you so much ladies.
