I was searching for a hairdresser on New Year’s Eve from a bad experience and hair colour from a hair dressers in Caroline springs, Lisa and Amy took so good care of me and fixed my hair right up, I’m so thankful I can go to Hawaii with a decent hair colour, thanks so much ladies ️️️

I was served by a lovely Young lady by the name of Anastasia, she had a great knowledge of the products available and what was best suited for me. She didn’t try to up sell me something I didn’t need, in fact what I needed wasn’t in stock so she wrote down what I needed instead of trying to sell me something else. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making my shopping easy I will be returning

I have been in this store for a few times and I am very happy with my purchase.
Baljitk was very friendly and helpful, she gave e practical advise and was very patient with me.

Very disappointing, Today my 14 year old daughter came in for a trim, ended up more of a hair cut, the hairdresser that actually trimed her hair got the razor and went and trimed her hair, with the razor since when do you trim hair with razor. When she got home I said to her she didn't cut it straight it's all uneven. My husband didn't realise, so I called back and manger came on the phone and l told her hairdresser used Razor to cut my daughter hair she said to me oh I have to have, a look at it can you come in tomorrow, I was that angry got in car and went and showed her it was uneven. Never again will I be going back.

I went in to get some advice on my hair and there was only 1 person in the store who couldn't help me so she sent me to another hairdresser.

Ben is the best man I have ever met. Make sure if you get a piercing it is with him. He made sure I was comfortable and chose a piercing that suited me. Thanks so much!

We had a very unpleasant experience at hairhouse warehouse watergardens, the sales assistant was very rude and unhelpful and showed a total lack of interest. In the end, couldn’t buy the necessary products as she didn’t help in the product choice and made us seem ignorant.

Need to change the staff.very rude n not helpfull.trust me please owners change the staff.need some one with smiling face n good customer service.very dissappointment.

Went past the shop and saw the workers their having an appalling attitude to their customers. Fix your customers service!

Ben the piercer is the best out there! My daughter had her ears done at essentail beauty last year and they butchered it but today ben fixed it! Ive also had several piercings done by Ben and we will continue to return to him. He made my daugher (3) feel very calm and after she was even given a lolly pop!

Not sure how they are with hair products but Ben is great for piercings! Informative and very nice.

Rudest customer service ever.was just asking what toner to use for blonde hair and she was just giving me attitude and not helping at all. Was the lady with blue hair, asked the same thing about 4 times and still could not tell me what to buy.
Don’t work in customer service if you can’t treat customers with respect, go to other hair houses not water gardens. People are way nicer else where!:)

Disappointed. My local Hairhouse store which was at Brimbank Shopping Centre closed down months ago. It was a beautiful store. Unfortunately this one at Watergardens is too small & doesn't have what I was after

So unrealistic unprofessional demeanour. I was there to get an advice on buying hair color for my sister. Instead of assisting, the two ladies (one with blonde hair and other with black hair n some ash blonde highlights) on the counter were not only criticising her hair colour choice but also seemed least interested to provide right advice. Very disrespectful and very judgmental. They made me feel so uncomfortable and commented on why I am getting hair color for my sister. I will never visit this store again. I was served with pathetic customer service and offensive humour. Not even 1 star for sure.

I saw Hope yesturday to get a caramel balayage and i’m beyond happy with the results. I can’t reccomend her enough; flawless job and very proffessional. I think that HW watergardens are lucky to have her.

Very disappointed as I am a regular customer. I went to get some shampoo and conditioner today and i was waiting out the front of the store with my 2 children 4 and 5 years old because they already had a few customers in the shop. The lady behind the counter asked if i was wait to enter the store and i replied yes i was, She then turned around and told me I had to leave my children outside the shop because they couldn't have anymore then 3 people in the store at a time. I then told her that "sorry im not going to leave my 4 and 5 year old children unsupervised outside". And she then replied with well sorry you can't all come in. It Would not have hurt you to use some customer service and ask if i know what i am after and maybe grabbing it for me.
Kind of makes me not want to go back again.

I’ve got my haircut it looks great. The person who cut it is great, But the shop itself was Shady The thing was I made appointment and they said that it was $50 For the wash and hair And it was pricey but understandable.but the thing was It was when I got to the shop they ask me to pay it once you’ve got the haircut And when I was about to get a haircut then asked would I like a hair wash or just a cut but on the phone for that appointment they said you’ve got no choices and That was the first red flag. The second red flag was they made the price higher they made it around $ 60 something. And like I said you have to pay it once you got your haircut.good haircut not recommended.

Got my ear lobes pierced and they're crooked. CROOKED. How hard is it to pierce ear lobes? Dude who did it was a guy. I rate the person who did this and this place less than one star

A one star is even too much. Half way though giving me advice the lady stopped for a phone call.then i asked a man for help who said that he couldnt give me advice on colouring my hair as i wasnt getting it done from them.i asked about opalax 1 and 2 he said the sell it but out of stock.i range melton who said they only stock 3 4 and 5.they need customer service skills left feeling mad.
