I popped in to Hair Warehouse yesterday and was served by Alana. I couldn’t have received better customer service. Alana was warm, friendly, honest, listened to my needs and advised on the best products for my hair concerns. When I got to the counter Anastasia was there ready to help with processing my purchase and ensuring I got the benefit of the current promotion. It was refreshing to receive such wonderful service. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

Went into Hairhouse Warehouse for foils for the first time and had a great experience with Sel! She was amazing and very experienced; she knew exactly what she was doing. She was very kind and I am very happy with my hair: D Will definitely be going back!

Came to get my belly pierced. I met Ben and he was lovely. Great guy and was very helpful and calm during the procedure. Grateful to have had such a great person to do this for me. Definitely recommend going to Ben for any piercing!

Today Ben did my helix piercing and he was very kind and helped me clam down a lot because I was really nervous. I highly recommend him he was very professional and I bearly felt a thing.

SEL did my hair and did a great job. First time I’ve been to Hairhouse Warehouse and it won’t be my last. SEL was so professional and lovely made my visit very enjoyable, I usually hate going to hairdressers but it was a pleasant experience. Thank you SEL

Was absolutely ecstatic to see Ben back. The most amazing piercer I have ever encountered. I was devastated when he had left as he has done all of my piercings. His calming and professional demeanour is beyond belief. He always makes every piercing an enjoyable experience and knows exactly where placements look the best. I trust him explicitly as he is always honest and is passionate with his work. If you are ready for your ears to be curated to perfection don’t look anywhere else, Ben is your person. I would rate 6 stars if l could. Chelsea is a very professional, passionate and talented hairdresser. She's a great listener and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Love the foils and blow wave will definitely be back and highly recommended Chelsea.

The 5 stars goes to Anastasia. What an absolute gem she is. Came in to purchase a new hair straightener and she guided me through the best one on the market. Took her time and wasn’t rushing me out the door. The straightener wasn’t in stock so one was ordered from another store. Her customer service is next to none. Something you rarely see these days. Thank you again for your outstanding service.
