This place is amazing! They have a very large range of products and best of all amazing price! I had both Mary served me. Both were very helpful and gave me amazing tips on how to style and take care of my hair. Highly recommend this place! Check it out ;)

I have been going to Hairhouse Warehouse in South Wharf for the last 1.5 -2 years. In that period I have always been pleasantly surprised. Liz has been wonderful and understanding with my choices. Really bad customer service.they rush you and enforce their opinion without giving the customer an input AND they get frustrated if someone takes longer than a minute to decide if they want to spend their money on a product or not.

I was highly impressed with the service i experienced at the DFO store. Mary was my sales assistant and was very professional. Will recommend next time im in Melbourne. Asset to your company

Went there for a haircut today and it was utterly sublime. Staff are all incredibly friendly and polite which gave the place a very confortable vibe. I was treated to an amazing haircut by a girl called, Helena. Her attention to detail was unlike anything ive seen elsewhere. It was half an hour before the store closed and she really took the time out to do a smashing job that left me feeling fresh and confident. The best part however was the shampoo/head massage. This luxury I was privileged to experience was heavenly. I was in a pure state of relaxation. Everytime she ran her fingers through my hair or massaged my temples, i got shivers down my spine. Thank you so much, Helena for an amazing job, I would travel all the way from Adelaide just to experience that again.

I came into this store after a disastrous hair colouring home job I attempted myself and was greeted by Lena. Lena's professional mannerism and extensive knowledge of how to correct colours put my mind at ease. She turned my hair from a disaster to perfection and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Lena is absolutely amazing at what she does.

Lisa at the dfo southwarf store was just truly brilliant. She understood my issues.thin slightly balding and bleh looking hair. She asked me questions of what I tried and gave me feedback about the product. She highly recommended a few products for me and I bought them not just because 'Why not I've tried everything else' but because of the product knowledge she had made me confident that it will give me some good outcomes. I don't expect a miracle but she made me feel as if there will be. Thanks Lisa. You were awesome!

I came in yesterday to get some dry shampoo and was helped by a young man named Matt. His product knowledge was superb and had exceptual customer service. You couldn’t ask for anything more. I will be back!
