If I could give them zero star I would,
What an horrible experience, never recommend to anyone.
I bought an expensive shampoo from other Hairhouse warehouse and the pump was broken so I took it back to where I bought they didn’t have so they told me to take it to DFO which they have a lot in stock went there the people work there don’t even have they mask on and they’re not helping at all after argue they ended up swiping over but so rude and they act like they’re doing me a favour to change a faulty product which by the law they have to do and even the policy of store.

The store wasn't overly busy yet I wasnt greeted which is a shame as in past expierences hairhouse warehouse is usually has a super friendly atmosphere.

Really friendly staff. Helped by a guy pick out some colour to fix a bad bleach job, knew exactly what he was on about.

Brenton did my second ear piercing today! Amazing service, was a afraid about the pain but the process was totally amazing!

Excellent service with a can do attitude. Brenton was clear, concise and had extensive knowledge within the piercing industry. This led to the piercing being completed with ease and the process explained in a friendly manner. I'd definitely recommend HW and Brenton for any of your piercing needs!

10/10 Brenton was quick and professional, and guided me all through the procedures and provided me with information from the start till end even with the after care.

I refuse to go to any other salon purely because of how talented and friendly all the staff are - especially Lena! She always makes my hair look and feel amazing, no matter how ratty it was before. All the staff are super honest and knowledgeable, which is BRILLIANT because it means you won't be spending heaps of money on useless products, they listen to what I want for my hair and somehow manage to find the perfect product. Honestly I cannot recommend this salon enough. Thankyou for the amazing work! Xx

Popped in today to get our hair done. From the beginning to end - a fantastic experience. Lena did a perfect cut and blow wave on my eldest hair and did a awesome job of a blow wave on my hair and finishing off with soft wave curls. What a fantastic hairdresser and such a lovely and friendly personality. A huge Thank you Lena for the great service that was provided to my daughters and myself today. Will definitely be back when visiting Melbourne. Thank you also to Helen for the lovely blow wave that was done on my youngest daughters hair. Thanks girls Tanya Nicol Excellent customer service.
