Certainly the best blow wave ever. Fahimeh has a very good understanding of how my hair should be cut and styled. She has a European style technique in the way she handles the brush and hairdryer, which I have only seen and experienced in Europe. I’m very fortunate to have found her and definitely recommend anyone to book an appointment and experience what I do on a regular basis.

Fahimeh done my hair cut and highlights.and she is best in her job. I m really impressed with her work.that's a total transformation. Plus it's a lot cheaper then other hairhouse weribee as that is expensive and not good in there services.

I think it was the manager, she was very nice and friendly. But with my haircut the lady washed it for not long at all and i got a tiny trim and style for my short hair which cost 65, my hairdresser wasn't very talkative at all, just a lil awkward. I did like my hair cut but i just think the prices are way to high for the service you get

Fahimehr was an amazing! She made the process super easy for me as I was deciding on what hair dryer and straightner was best.

The staff are seriously the worst, no customer service skills or professionalism whatsoever and the entire time you’re in there it’s extremely uncomfortable, living in Pascoe Vale South this was my local hairhouse warehouse, but I’ll be trying another store for any future purchases. I don’t know who owns this franchise or who is in charge of hiring the “people” that work in there but they need to do some serious reevaluating because they’re driving away long time customers quicker than they can give you a dirty look. I also think that there should be some sort of uniform or dress code, everybody in there looks like they’ve just got out of bed, how are you supposed to sell hair products when it looks like you’ve never brushed your hair? Would give zero stars if I could.

Bought a gift package with a leaky bottle of shampoo that took forever to return. The manager that I spoke too seems.special, so take care when dealing with. She kept making excuses for her own incompetence which I could easily see through. Her staff also seem to take 3 hour lunch breaks so if doing allot of nothing is your thing apply here.

Terrible customer service! They overcharge when they claim to have a sale absolutely disgusting. Will never buy from any Hairhouse Warehouse.terrible business practices.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Resana and the girls did an excellent job with my hair. It was my first time there and I'll be returning. They made me feel at ease. And Abby was fantastic too lol. I had a great experience and these girls are an asset to the business. Georgia

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - Exceptional Service we got. The staff was very polite and welcoming and took us through various options for my hair cut and hair color options. I was extremely satisfied and very happy with my hair cut and color. I would highly recommend this place and would never ever think of going somewhere else for my Hair Colouring and Hair Cut going forward.

I was really happy with my hair the first time, but since then I think they have changed hands. Communication was really bad, she ruined my hair by over bleaching and over charged me. I will never go back. Very disappointed in the service and unhappy with the result - waste of money!

Worst haircut I have ever had in my life! And Iv let my friends cut my hair drunk!

Lady "Mary" had no idea, did the complete opposite to what I said, cut my whole fringe off, after asking for just a tidy up! Even after I said how I wanted to she said know il do it this way! Worst ever. Do not go in the shop! She was off her mind! How can you even stuff up a boys haircut? Well she did just that! Rip off as well!

I went in this morning & was talking to the lady that worked there. In the middle of asking her for a product she turns around & walks to the counter to answer the phone (without even saying excuse me or anything). Once off the phone she starts serving someone else knowing I was standing there waiting for help. She was also chewing gum with her mouth open the whole time I was talking to her. Bad customer service would never go back to that shop.

I went last week for permanent hair straight and one of guy did it and service is too rubbish even I lost my original hair quality and its falling and my hair is totally ruff and I don't prefer to go agin even if they give me free service I will never go

My friend and I were looking at nose rings- two guys where at the desk talking and watching us. We waited for ten mins for someone to help us.
On guy walked out of the store to check his phone and the other answered a call.

Talk about really bad customer service!
