Very good customer service. Had my nose pierced and my piercer was very patient and professional. Very happy with the result.
Will definitely come back to get ear piercing done for my daughters.

Went in to buy something to tame my dry and heat affected hair. They sat me in a chair and tried various products so I could see the results before purchasing. You sometimes have to wait to talk to someone, but it's well worth it. So happy with the products I purchased.

I came into get my septum pierced by Seren, and i could not be happier with the results. She was so patient with me and constantly made me feel comfortable with it. I cannot believe how gentle she was as it didnt hurt as much as i feared. Highly recommend.

Disappointing experience. I got permanent hair straightening done but the result is not at all satisfactory. It is priced quite high even for short hair however there is no value for money. Won’t recommend.

I booked an appointment last minute with Maria as my usual hairdresser lived outside of my 25km and my hair was in desperate need of attention! I have very long and thick hair and I get really nervous when new hairdressers colour it. I got a full head of balayage foils by Maria who did an amazing job. She didn’t rush the job (it takes 5 hours to do my hair!) and she got my colour (blonde) the same as the photo I had showed her of what I was looking for. My expectations were 100% exceeded and I would definitely recommend Hairhouse Warehouse Essendon! Thanks again Maria and Pooja, I feel like a new woman thanks to my new locks:)

I was recently instore & went in with intent to purchase a new Hair Straightener, the younger lady who served me was really helpful & great - it was a Friday night around 7pm on Black Friday, despite the store being busy - she took the time to explain the benefits of the different products I was tossing up between and helped me make informed decision.

Unfortunately, I did buy the wrong type of Hair Straightener under false pretense, having seen the display model. (It was a colour thing - Muk Rose Gold on display, got home to a Muk gloss finish black unit) I was disappointed as Essendon is 1 hours drive from me, I was really excited with my purchase - to find out that what I had consulted on in store, was not what I came home with (these things happen).

Pooja returned my call with the aim to resolve the issue - although she could not locate the straightener I`d wanted as it was a limited edition, her understanding & willingness to help or do whatever was possible really spoke volumes. On the back of this, I decided to keep the one I`d purchased and have been ultimately happy using it.

I think it`s important to recognise good customer service & resolutions & therefore that it warranted this review)

Walked in randomly to ask for advice regarding the colour I recently had done at another hair salon. I wanted to fix up the brassiness on some parts that haven't been done properly. The beautiful pregnant lady whom served me (think her name was Jaclyn) was quite helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

She recommended me some toners, and was also kind enough to write down the instructions for me. My colour fix turned out amazing. Couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

I came with a friend to get their ear piercing done. Very nice and professional service as it was smoothly done, was impressed with the hygiene and cleanliness. The person piercing their ear thoroughly went through the side effects as well as the after care and management of the piercing. Highly recommend for ear piercings as they take time to understand what we were after.

It's taken me nearly 2 years (since moving to Melb) to find a hairdresser that knows how to color my strong black asian roots! So relieved to have found Aza, she is extremely talented and careful at lightening/bleaching and knows what she's doing - I'm pretty picky.wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had wandered in with a friend and decided impulsively to get a shellac manicure. The woman was wonderful - I felt extremely comfortable as she shaped my nails. You could feel the experience she had. The shellac process was simple and quick. Thanks so much!

I booked at the salon with Fahimeh purely based on her reviews online. When I arrived at the salon, Fahimeh called Kayleigh into their staff room and asked her to cut my hair without consulting me. Fahimeh was not professional enough to tell me she did not want to cut my hair. She did not have any clients until i left the salon. I think that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Fahimeh, do not book a client if you don't feel like doing your job!

Kayleigh was very friendly and professional. She listened to me and my cut turned out exactly how i wanted it to. Kayleigh would receive 5 stars from me. She is also knowledgeable about their product range. Thanks Kayleigh for taking care of me when Fahimeh refused to!

Thank you for your comments. I think I should clarify what I said above, when I said Fahimeh didn't have any clients until i left the salon, i meant she was free during the time of my booking. She was attending to a client at the salon when Kayleigh was done with my hair. In fact, she left the salon for a while during my time with Kayleigh. I kept looking for her because I wanted to see if she was double booked as I couldn't understand why Fahimeh couldn't stick to my appointment. Furthermore, I made my appointment 2 hours before i got there on Sunday 15/09, I spoke to Fahimeh and she was more than happy to book me with her. If Fahimeh did have a small hand injury, she should have told me that when i arrived and asked if its was okay for Kayleigh to cut my hair. She didn't even speak to me when I arrived.

I appreciate your comments however I cannot change my rating as I do believe the Salon rating should reflect the employees I dealt with on the day and I am disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism of Fahimeh.

Colourist Aza did a remarkable job on my long playful hair today. She knows her colour palettes well. She modified my natural base & ending with the magical potion of OLAPLEX
They have wowed me with their talent and amazing services of ‘can do attitude’.

Has a great haircut from Abby about 2 weeks ago. I have fine, straight hair and Abby gave me a cut that added body and movement to my usually flat hair. I love it.

As well as a great haircut, she was very polite and professional.
