Kayliegh is the most amazing, professional, and knowledgeable hairdresser I’ve come across in the last 15yrs…she completely fixed my colour with foils highlights and lowlights and I literally looked and felt the most glamorous I’ve ever felt after getting my hair done…she’s really down to earth and just such a beautiful person.thank you Kayliegh for making me feel and look like a princess. Could not recommend more highly recommend.

Got my lobes pierced here about 3 months ago now. They have lumps on the back of my ears. The initial earring was too small and the skin basically started swallowing the piercing almost immediately. I had to get the jewellery changed.

I’m ecstatic with how my hair turned out! I went in with “home done” highlights that were a little chunky and yellow and walked out with the most stunning dimensional blonde colour and so reasonably priced considering they did half a head of foils, two different toners (to make sure everything was perfectly blended) and gave me the most stunning blow wave. I have found Melbourne norths hidden hair GEM!

Really love how Kayleigh does my hair! I've been here twice for foils, cut and blow wave and I've loved what Kayleigh has done - the colour looks amazing and suits my complexion and I have not honestly had such a great cut and style like this in years! Highly recommend

Really unprofessional, wouldn’t even let me exchange after another store advised that I would be able to, and they stock both of the items in this store, had another manager even call the franchisee who was completely uncooperative

On Multiple levels the sales assistant stood out and made such a positive impression!
I needed more information on over four different products and made it evident that I was not buying anything today. (6.12.21) Nevertheless she provided educated, thorough advice and has made me a fan of the Store. A great ambassador for the store!

Went in with my wife today without any help from the staff. There were 3 females congressed by the side counter chatting, completely dismissing that we were there as they continued to chat and joke around. Due to the lack of customer service and assistance I simply walked out and shopped elsewhere.

Worst hair cut.very unprofessional. No knowledge of hair cutting. They said to show the hair design which I wanted and after that she cut my hairs in 2-3mins with blade type cutter. I had longs hairs she makes them very short. That was not the design that I showed her. I’m not happy, very unprofessional. Please don’t go there.waste of money. Now it will take 2 years to me grow up my hair.

Lisa at DFO NAILS works out of Hairhouse Warehouse - I won’t get my NAILS done anywhere else. Professional hygienic friendly and her talent and detail is perfect. She is there Wednesday to Saturday.
