Staff not very attentive, took at least 5mins to get staff assistance, sure not that busy st the time, 1 staff member just standing around.

Joyce and her team offer the best service. They are so welcoming, everyone treats you like a VIP and nothing is too much trouble - ever! They are experts in their field and professionalism is key. Thank you so much.

Great Piercing Service. Clean and professional environment and the Piercer was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous.

I came here to get some hot rollers for my hair. I explained the shop assistant I was after something that I could chick in my hair while I eat breakfast and put on my makeup on the mornings, that would smooth my hair and curl (not overly curly) and she recommended the babyliss pro 20pc cascading roller set.

OMG LOVE THEM! Seriously I leave them on for 15 minutes and my hair is done (I pull the girls down a little bit with my fingers), only had for like 3 days but I love them!

I'm very pleased they understood what I was after and were able to recommend me this product

Your knowledge on the right products had brought my hair back to life! The revlon violet conditioner literally brought back the purple colour in my hair - so vibrant and shiny! Joyce and the girls there are amazing, love coming in on a Friday night to be totally pampered. All very professional and really look after your hair. Really make you feel apart of their little family!

I’ve been searching for a good hair salon for awhile and I can finally say this is the one, I highly recommend this salon, They won’t disappoint and they do exactly what you are after.
Fantastic service, and very friendly staff

I went with my wife to re do the nose piercing which fell off two days after she did it.
LEAH, one of the workers, informed us that the person who did it is not available and won’t come back again to the shop in two weeks time!
Her solution is to do a new piercing which she will charge my wife for, though she admitted that it wasn’t my wife fault that her piercing fell off.
We asked to talk to the shop manager and LEAH declined our request saying no manager available.
We left unhappy and felt very disappointed with the quality of customer service provided and the way LEAH handled this matter.

To make the matter more unpleasant we found that the person who did the piercing initially was rostered to work next day in the same shop, not two weeks time as LEAH said.

Obviously she was trying to charge us again by misleading us saying the lady is not coming back in two weeks time.
This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I wish Hairhouse Warehouse management should take in their consideration the professionalism of their staff and should place customer satisfaction as a priority before choosing their staff.
Not happy with the quality of the service and not recommend people to deal with that staff member at all (LEAH).

Joyce was a pleasure to interact with and knew exactly what my hair needed. I went in with joker hair and came out looking like a star, she made my week. Highly recommend for all ages! X

Suman at hairhouse is great! If you want best treatment for your hair, go and see Suman. She is experienced and well qualified. She gave life to my dry hair and I'm so happy about it. Thanks dear.

Love coming here to get my hair done. I'm always coming up with new styles and ideas and Kaitlyn has always made my haircuts exactly to what i want and is always giving me great tips and advice! Also all the other girls when i walk in are grouse! They are always friendly and just happy to have friendly conversation! Would definitley reccomend to anyone if you need a cut
