Booked in my daughter to have nose peirced. Turned up for appointment to wait around for 40mins then get told the piercer wont be in for 2hrs. Lady then told me she had spoke to epping store and rebooked me in there so drove to epping only to be told they had never spoke to sth morang store and there piercer wasn't even in that day.waste of time and full of s#1t

Went to hairhouse warehouse today and had the best experience with very educated kaz! She's the sweetest nicest person, I was abit nervous. She's got many years experience and talked me through it.was done so simply. I'm really pleased. Thanks hairhouse and kaz. X

They have been kind, considerate and professional for the entire time appointment. They are skilled and knowledgeable and I am so glad I found them.
I have a little boy with additional needs and their kindness and patience towards him has just makes it so much better.
Highly recommend!

I came into the store looking for a new straightener, i asked one of the workers (who turned out to be the store manager) for advice on what she thought was the best one and she actually sat me down and straightened my hair with both types of straighteners, she curled my hair and showed me the difference between the two. The manager was the most lovely person and it was the best customer service i have received. So incredibly impressed!

Massive shoutout to Sue and Caitlin! I am very appreciative of you squeezing me in last minute tonight. Caitlin did an amazing job fixing a botched haircut completed by another salon. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

The most horrible experience I have ever had with a salon.
The girls at the front were lovely, but the hair dresser ‘Claire’ was not.
One of the girls went and asked if she could trim my fringe literally 3cm off and she rudely said ‘yeah well she can wait’ in which I heard from the other side of the salon.
I was told to come back in 20- half and hour and so I did.
As I sat down next to Claire, another employee said ‘she’s just back here for a fringe trim’, the hairdresser then says to her right beside me that she will be a while. Couldn’t even greet me to say that.
I do not recommend using their salon, however the girls at the front were absolutely lovely.

Just had an incredible experience at this store in the salon. Kicking myself for not remembering to ask the name of the stylist but he had bleached blonde hair and some pretty cool ink, and was an experienced hair stylist. Partner and I both booked in for hair dye appointments. He was friendly from the beginning, making sure we were comfortable with water and some small chocolates to tie us over. He gave sound advice on colour choice and had a great attitude towards the work. It took almost 5 hours for my partner to get his hair done because the stylist wanted to make sure it looked exactly as he had envisioned it. He went from a dark red and brown to a light coral pink and it looks amazing! I was lifted from a light brown to a coppery red. Both of us are very happy with the way it turned out and I cannot recommend enough the service and skill that we witnessed today. Thank you so much!

Had Darryell fix my hair after attending another salon and they botched my colour and foils.

He was a delight! So kind, and very thorough, he asked great questions to really understand my hair goals and what had happened and what I did/didn’t want. He explained every step that he was going to preform so I understood exactly what was going to happen.

He made me feel very comfortable constantly asking if I was okay and he didn’t make me feel at all bad for bringing my 3 month old in a pram into the salon and was very accommodating working around bub and me feeding him.

I was originally booked for just an all over colour but he took the time to do a colour strip, a base colour and foils and at no stage made me feel rushed.

Will definitely be coming back

Got my fringe cut by the lovely Nadia, she was so lovely and helpful with my fringe maintenance, will definitely be back!

For piercings, they have a wide range of stock and more importantly, it is normally in stock.

They have piercers on staff to answer any questions and they are very patient and helpful.

The rest of the sales staff are well trained to assist with sales if piercing jewellery and in piercing service questions.

I was very happy. I was able to get a set of earrings for my lobs and helix that were corporate friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me great guidance.

Had the best experience ever at the hairhouse warehouse in plenty valley today,
Daryl was my amazing hairdresser, from the minute I sat in his chair I felt like a valued customer and he listened to what I wanted done and gave me some professional advice. From the basin to the finished result, I was over the moon by how my hair turned out
I have very coarse dry damaged hair.
Hats off to him, he definitely knows what he is doing, walked out with a beautifully cut and style hair and appropriate products to maintain it

Took my daughter there for her first ear piercing. She was extremely nervous but the piercer Sian was so caring & gentle. I would highly recommend Sian for your piercings!

Thick ladie don’t listen to me. I said I want dark hair but she gave me level 7 hair dye made my hair orange. I don’t have much hair left and now I was a ranga. I went back to show her how stupid I look and I ask for dark colour but now she give me black. I LOOK LIKE ELVIS YUCK I don’t want to look like that swindler they charge me so much for extra colour now I’m $60 out of pocket and I’m scared I’ll be black hair for evea now I have to go somewhere else for fox

I had a few problems with my piercings from Off ya Tree and I came here to have a look at putting my nose ring back in and fixing my piercings and they looked after me, they made sure they checked every piercing and made sure it was on correctly and if it wasn’t they corrected and fixed it. They were professional in helping me, and the lovely lady made sure to help with my earring that was stuck so I would avoid going hospital. She was caring and gave the best customer service. Definitely recommend coming here.

Products you selected for me to do my highlift tint and tone at home were exactly what I was after - results are perfect! I SO appreciate not being spoken down to just because I like to do my own hair and am not a professional.

Some hairdressers get so rude about it which I kind of understand as it’s their profession - but I’m fussy and like my hair the way I do it to be honest ‍️ I also really don’t have the luxury of time to spend the day in a salon every month which is how often I like my regrowth done.

So, getting a bit of pro advice for me to perfect my colour without any attitude about me DIY’ing was amazing! You aren’t my closest store but I’ll absolutely be making the trip to you everytime I need anything hair related! Thanks again!
