She was looked after by the amazing Sien.
Omg this girl is brilliant, so compassionate and professional. My daughter felt so safe and cared for.

, went in to get my hair fixed up from a prior butcher' job, a guy called darielle done a wonderful wonderful hairstyle that that restored my confidence 100-percent I'll go back

So half of my hair is orange from bleach and half of my hair is my natural hair colour and a lot of people have made fun of me for it. I just wanted the orange to be gone and I wanted my natural hair colour back or anything closest to to it but they didn't even have that in permanent. Instead they made my hair this dark brown colour that was what they had closest to my hair. It was supposed to last 11 weeks but it didn't even last 3 days without washing. I was really happy with the colour but it literally lasted 3 days.like what the hell. The service I
had was really bad.the girl was so rough with my hair all I was doing the whole time was to try and keep my tears in. And now I'm back to square one with my hair getting made fun of. I'm never going back again

Asked for help with piercing sizing, was advised on the wrong size and then told it couldn't be exchanged or returned.

Went to Hairhouse Warehouse P. V today with a problem after my hair had been badly coloured and burnt. The ladies at the front counter were terrific, giving me realistic advice, and advising me how to get my hair healthy again, without overselling products.

Some products are over priced but the staff are very helpful and take the time to explain things to you

I phoned the store yesterday to try and arrange a hamper of pampering products for my sister who is feeling very depressed about her hair during such a long lockdown. She hasn’t been able to get her hair cut and is feeling very low. They said there was a problem with payments over the phone and would call back. When they did, it was to tell me that they would give my sister a pamper hamper from them to bring some cheer to someone in this difficult time! Needless to say we were all blown away by this amazing gesture, my sister was thrilled and surprised. Thank you so much for being there and for bringing a smile to our faces with your generous gift.

Fantastic professional work. Excellent consultation. Their lead hairdresser repaired a hack job done elsewhere and made it look like that had been the intention all along. They know their stuff and their colour work is great. I’m getting lots of compliments on my haircut now. Thanks Kristen

So disappointed with how my hair turned out.
I spoke to woman on the phone explained what I wanted and she booked me in. Long story short left the salon with a hack job of a haircut paid $70 and burst into tears. NEVER AGAIN. The hairdressers in my experience that work here lack experience however, they do not charge accordingly.
Be warned.
I did try and reach out to Hairhouse a few times sent pictures via email etc and received one email back but nothing else.
Very disappointed - do your research before trusting someone with your hair. My hair is going to take months and months to grow back: - (

Pretty disappointed, I've been coming here for the last 4 years. Got my balayage done and it took 5 hours as the hairdresser was going between 3 customers at once. The balayage is extremely uneven with more foils in certain spots and none in others. The pricing went up since I last came and I payed nearly $100 more than last time to get the same thing done. Really upset but I think it's time to find a new hairdresser

I ordered using door dash and I Could not be happier. The driver rang me just before he was going to drop it off and asked me where to put it. It arrived before lunch time and not only did i get my product but I got some free samples and a free hair spray! They also gave me a 10% off in the salon.

I would definately recomend it

I bought a cream for my daughter for her hair and before I bought it they assumed I stole it, The woman there was absolutely rude and made me embarrassed and made me feel like a thief I’d rate them zero

Make sure if you have a hair appointment you ring up to make sure they have it correct or you may be left with no one to do your hair like my daughter was for her grade 6 graduation yesterday. Despite having made an appointment weeks ago and having the time written down we went in to find out it was made a hr before and that hairdresser had in fact left. The only hairdresser on wouldn't do anything to help us. Lucky for us the hairdresser opposite this shop stepped up and did a wonderful job on my daughters hair despite them being incredibly busy. The hairdresser on yesterday afternoon was infact the one that buggered up the appointment. Not bloody good enough to make mistakes like that on important days for clients and then to do absolutely zero to help fix the situation.

I would definitely recommend this salon. I did my hair permanent straightening there and so happy with the result. My hairdresser, caitlyn was very professional, knowledgeable and precise. She did a really amazing job on my hair.

Excellent they had 30%off certain products. I purchased a few Xmas gifts at a sensational price
