Awful salon and store. Went in and initially had a good vibe. Asked for extensions and had them clipped in. The experience was good up until this point. The hairdresser then asked if I wanted it cut. Yes I did. She asked if I wanted curls. Yes I did. She failed to mention however that the cut and install is a full "service" and would cost a regular price of a full restyle. She also failed to mention that the curls would cost more and the blow dry to make my hair straight before the curls would ALSO cost.
The experience doesn't stop there. My extensions by the brand they stock "Amazing hair" started to snap and break when I wanted straightened them for the first time ever. I took the product back and the manager declined because it "didn't match what she expected to see". The product is FAULTY yet she refused to return and refund.what a joke the store manager is and the store.won't be returning there or any other hairhouse warehouse.way to go team.

I was absolutely disappointed. I was charged $199 to get 20 tapes (that was already tapped). I then asked for curls at the bottom and was given a blow dry then charged over $50 for that. What a joke. A blow dry is when your hair is wet and you get full benefits of a blow dry. My hair was dry. Never ever will I return disgusting fees.

Went in for eyelash extensions two days later had extensions removed, as glue irritated my eyes and they swell up.

I'm a natural dark brunette that failed at a bleach/toner experiment at home lol. Just don't do it!
Long story short I damaged it so much it had to be cut short!
6 months later my hair is damage free and a very nice blonde shade and actually healthy! I look forward to my hair growing back tho. I go there regularly now. Lesson learnt!

Terrible. The girl butchered my sons hair. He had patches from the clippers. Never again. I could of done a better job with garden clippers.

Advised me of products that would turn my hair a certain colour, when I went back to get a refund as the products turned my hair the opposite colour (green), I was then informed that my desired colour was impossible to achieve (silver)

I had my tongue pierced here several years ago. Was pierced wrong and became infected. Swelling didn't go down so had to remove it 6 weeks later. Don't get piercings here for your own safety.

Last time I was here the hair dresser I had didn't cut some of the lengths properly missing parts that I had to go home and get my girlfriend to fix up with scissors, this time I booked an appointment and left my number if they needed to contact me I saw them write this in the book.
When I arrived for the appointment not only did they say that hair dresser goes home earlier than the time of the appointment, they indicated I wasn't in the book. Indicating someone rubbed the name out and didn't bother to contact me.just poor service in my eyes.

Went in today to get my industrial pierced. The man who did it first of all used a needle that was too small so he had to remove it and pierce my ear with a bigger one. He couldn't find the correct bar either so he put a plastic tube in while he looked and still couldnt find the right bar. I walked out with a swollen and bleeding ear.

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFTY.

Had a Groupon voucher full head hair colour and cut. Francesca did a good job in colouring all the pesky greys but unfortunately inspite of Francesca applying vaseline along my hairline prior to commencing, quite a bit of the hair dye got on my neck, face, jeans and phone.

Tried to clean my jeans as best as I could but it seems to be stained. My phone case similarly is stained. However, the rest of the hair dye on my neck and temples, I managed to get off after a couple of showers.

Hair cut was good and Francesca was very friendly and courteous and also recommended a couple of good products to prolong the colour. Overall good but Perhaps a bit more care could have been taken during the hair dyeing process to avoid stains.

Both my boyfriend and I had terrible haircuts here. Despite telling the hairdresser to leave the fringe as is (his was quite long) she chopped it all off. His shoulder length hair was all gone. It looked like his hair was hacked at with a knife!

Mine wasn't any better. I showed photos and discussed what I wanted (long, soft layers). Came out looking like I had a blunt bob with thin, long extensions sticking out underneath (we've all seen that look, it's not the best). I left in tears and haven't worn my hair down in over two weeks.

Never again.

Where to start?
Firstly the lady that did my hair was nice.
Now to the negatives:
- I asked for a full head of foils.
The hairdresser decided to do something else and just bleach my hair (I thought she was foiling as she started at the back and was using foils, only noticed when she got to the front-as I didn't have my glasses on-by then it was too late).
-because she changed my service the manager upped my final cost without telling me until I went to pay. She acted as though this was all right very rude.
-I asked for some lose beach curls
It ended up being a big poof (still had to pay for it)
-I told the hair dresser after years of having my hair bleached that my hair takes longer than normal to process.
She didn't leave it on long enough and now where my natural hair was is orange, as it wasn't lightened long enough (hair dresser told me to use a toner shampoo - can't tone if hair isn't fully processed). I was told it's just colour from where you had dyed it brown yet no colour had ever touched that part of my hair as it was all natural virgin hair.
I can not believe they would allow someone to walk out of their salon with orange hair.
I would never go back here.

Worst Hairhouse Warehouse ever!

The centre management needs to seriously reconsider allowing them to renew their lease.

Terrible so called 'hairdressers' (they couldn't even manage a proper blow wave. I walked out looking like a poodle!)

Terrible customer service! They just don't care and they don't even know what half their stocked products are, what they do or how they work.

Terrible shop upkeep.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

Never going back.

I had just seen another hairdresser in the centre who had MASSACRED my hair despite clear instructions and please to stop. In tears I ran down the length of the shopping centre and the girls at Hairhouse Warehouse were able to see me. Francesca not only fixed the mess but gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Perfectly shaped, it sits beautifully. I'll go straight to them from now on.
