My cousin and I called 20 minutes prior for a piercings booking as we were in a rush. Man seemed so lovely but as we arrived on time to our appointment we were told to wait behind the other 3 customers in line, fair enough.in the front they were taking theyre time picking jewellery, we thought it was taking too long and decided to head off and they made us feel bad because were not willing to wait.im sorry but whats the point of making the appointmentif u have to wait more than 15 minutes.

I went into the epping store, only to get the worst service, they quoted me $150, to get half a head of extensions moved up, but then when I went back to make the appointment a few days later, the lady decided it was to much trouble for her to do them in one day, and said the price had gone up to $250 so I walked out, and straight away rung airport west, I got a lovely girl called Francesca, who was so pleasant and helpful, who quoted me between 130 to $150, I made the appointment, I went had had them done by her, she was fast friendly and so helpful and I highly recommend her

Be very careful with any “services” had rang 3 different Hairhouse store for a price on a piercing and these guys were $20 more expensive than all the other stores who all had the same - I should have asked for the price before the piercing - they say they can charge whatever they want for “services” - beware!

If I could give this place no stars I most definitely would. This is by far the worst hairhouse warehouse I’ve ever been too. The very rude staff members did not change my piercing just because I originally got pierced at highpoint. Even though I told them that I was in extreme pain I received no sympathy from both of them. I also found them quite racist especially after they recommended me to go Broadmeadows to get it changed. I felt very uncomfortable in this store even though I was only in there for less then 2 minutes. Worst part of my experience was that they had no excuse for not wanting to change my piercing, I guess they simply just didn’t want to. Worst customer service. Also both workers didn’t ask for me to check-in or show my vax certificate and both weren’t wearing masks either, not so ‘covid-safe’ after all.

To start, the staff at this place are ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Will not acknowledge you at all when you walk in and make you feel like a burden if you need anything from them. Seriously, I don’t need anyone to kiss my feet but even a “will be with you shortly” would be better than just pretending a customer doesn’t exist. Anyway, I came in to get my ears pierced - everyone knows you should never get a piercing at Hairhouse, but there aren’t many alternatives in the Airport West area and it was just the lobes so I thought it would be okay. Wrong. The girl was nice but used tiny little studs to do the piercing, so within a few weeks my lobes started to swallow the jewellery. Had to pull them out and put more appropriate ones in, with blood splurting everywhere and probably wrecking my piercing holes since they weren’t healed up yet. Everyone I know who has gotten a piercing at Hairhouse has a similar story. Legitimately the worst retail service I’ve ever had and now just hoping I don’t get an infection

Unfortunately the staff are not knowledgeable about what they are selling and are not able to offer advice or suggestions on their products. Many times I have entered this store without being acknowledged or greeted. Customer service skills needs improvement when staff are more busy chatting to each other rather than serving customers

Terrible customer service. At register directly in front of women who was more preoccupied with what was on her mobile phone. No acknowledgement what so ever so just walked out.

My first visit to this shop on Friday 23 Apr morning. The 2 young ladies who are meant to help customers at the front counter were more interested in chatting than offering helpful customer service. There were no other customers around and they looked bored. No help there, and I will not be going there again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've also used their salon services and found the hairdressers to be skilled and professional. Highly recommended.

Great service from the Hairhouse Airport West staff. They are all really friendly and knowledgeable with all their in store products. Their product prices and salon prices are really good as well. Thanks Marianne for my nice hair colour and great chats.

Extremely rude woman telling off other customers and their well behaved kids. All the mum was trying to do was shop. Apparently, her potential sale wasnt necessary because the leper of a salesperson/hairdresser deemed it so, and she would rather have a go at the mum who was trying her best than help her. What vomit inducing service and it wasn't even my experience.

I went to Hairhouse today after speaking with a lovely girl Bianca. She helped me with buying products to home hair care. I went into store today and Rachel i think was awesome.

A young girl named Bianca was highly unprofessional in her manner. Clients should never be spoken to as unkindly as she spoke to me. Firstly, my booking time was incorrectly scheduled, & she proceeded to tell me I was late. Telling me I should have gone elsewhere because she was confused about how I wanted my hair styled. A thorough consultation to begin with would have avoided her confusion! However, she just wanted to rush me to get her lunch break as she commented numerous times to other staff that she wasnt going to get one, highlighting the fact that due to me having my hair done she was running late. If you can't handle clients requests with care, probably best not to overbook yourself if you're are not capable of doing the job properly. I hope this girl learns to be more kind & professional, it's an uncomfortable environment in the airport west HHWH salon, which upper management need to do something about. Start by selecting your staff more carefully. Customers shouldn't leave feeling as disgusted as I was by Bianca.

The nail salon here is nothing short of fantastic! They have their own little area at the back of the store.
Every time I get my nails done here I get compliments. They are done with care and careful attention to detail. Not thick and chunky like a lot of places do with SNS.
The beautiful girls doing the work complete the experience with their care for everyone that comes in. They develope a great relationship with all their clients and take the time to get to know you.
I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem! You won't regret it!

Got my hair done there. Walked out so happy with my experience. Staff were very caring and lovely.

All the workers do is gossip and smoke out back near the trash. I don’t think I’ve ever once had a good experience here. Would not recommend m.

Worst place I have ever been to get my hair done. Went for regrowth young girl gad no idea had to keep asking for advice.had no idea how to cut hair
The time sheet finished tied had enough she said sometimes it doesn't completely cover everything which I thought was rather strange. Could not wait to get out of the place.got home and checked my hair. Half of it was still Grey I rang I spoke to the manager if you come back here i will give you a 10% off no way would I go back to that place I just want my money back and it's not going to have them my advice don't go there I should have realised that 2 hours I was sitting there there was not one other customer

Not the first time I've had an extremely terrible experience with the 'hair specialists' at this store. Selling items with completely false expectations and comparisons, 'this product is much better. ' When in hindsight they are selling products they have zero knowledge about. Additionally, the products they force on you are always at the more expensive end of the spectrum.

Don’t get your piercings done here!

I first got my nose done here, which was fine and the process was quick and simple.
After getting my nose, I got my helix and tragus pierced at the same time. It was a mess.
The piercer was completely unprofessional and didn’t even wear gloves, I’m not even sure he was a piercer!
The tragus piercing was fairly quick, even though he spent time fumbling around with my ear. Once the piercing was in, he spent 20 minutes just trying to screw the ball on! I didn’t get an option in what jewlery I wanted to be pierced with, by the way.
The helix piercing was the worst piercing experience i’ve ever had. It took ages for him to just clasp my ear, as again he was fumbling with it. Once he pierced it, he couldn’t get the jewlery in.he took the needle out and tried to push the jewlery in by itself. I had blood dripping down the side of my neck, while he started panicking and had to call the same lady that did my nose piercing to re-pierce my ear.
Ended up with two wonky piercings that never fully healed and both developed keloids.

AVOID 'Amazing Hair' extensions! Went to look at their hair extension range. Staff advised me to purchase the 'Amazing Hair Full Head 20" Clip In Extensions' RRP $300. I was hesitant about the amount of hair in the pack at first after using high quality extensions at a much higher cost for years - the staff assured me the extensions were thick and will fill out my very thick hair so i purchased the extensions. When I opened and separated the extensions for application, I was horrified at how thin and wispy the hair was. I have never seen hair extensions so thin and stringy in my life and for $300? !
I do not even know how Hairhouse Warehouse is allowed to stock and actually obtain money for this sad excuse of hair. I have been using hair extensions personally and professionally for many years and was appalled by the quality or lack thereof of this hair. The entirety of this hair bundled together was small enough hair for a child's size hair tie to wrap around 3 times! It was actually humorous that I was fooled into buying such a terrible product. NEVER EVER again will I use any Amazing Hair products or visit this store. The staff should have known their own products better and allowed me to feel/ inspect the hair before purchase rather than rushing me to the counter. SO incredibly disappointing.
