NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.
Extremely disappointed and I am ripped off. Everytime I go there for my hair colour, they come up with a new hair dresser by saying that previous one was no good. And charging double everytime. They don't have any fix price list and charging like they are the only ones hair salon in the town. I literally had cheaper quotes and regret why did I even spent this much. I really liked my last time hair color done at this place and went back only because of my last good experience. On arriving I realised the last hair dresser Jojo left and the reason they told me that "she was under charging". I really wanted to have a colour whatever was done to me last time.

I showed them the photo, At one moment they said, the last hair dresser did only highlights to your hair instead of balyage that's why she was not good at all and left. The next moment they said the last photo one was balyage and that would charge extra. Having conflicts in their statements as if we customers are dumb.
Not at all happy with my current hair color. It's no where to what i wanted and the price I paid for.looks like Henna done on my hair. Never going back to this place for my hair again. Biggest regret.
P. S This is our hard-earned money we don't get to spent this every second day.

Went to enquire about having a haircut, staff too busy chatting among themselves, when I was attended to, was told, nah it's too late for the hairdresser to cut ur hair shes leaving in 20 mins (just wanted a basic trim that would have been 10 mins max) wasn't bothered to ask what kind of cut I wanted, was called darl and love by a 20 something year old with her hand in her hip, totally patronising. And then told she's booked out the next 2 weeks so yeah try elsewhere love.never again

Erica is such an amazing piercer! I would highly recommend coming here to get your piercings done by Erica - she is so lovely and ensures that you are comfortable throughout your experience. Thank you Erica!

The service I received from Michelle today was just as amazing as the first time I went there and was served by her. If you want honest and genuine service with someone who actually listens to your needs and has no intention of ripping you off, I highly recommend going into this store and speaking with her. I'm sure the other girls there are as lovely but Michelle will be my go to for hair advice

Took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Erica was outstanding- she was so calm, kind and patient, very thorough with checking everything beforehand. Would 100% recommend!

Jo Jo and Mary were absolutely unbelievable. My 12yr old son was already anxious going to get his hair cut after many bad experiences. I finally got him to a barber we thought would be really good, and he absolutely butchered his hair. My son was hysterical. Straight after, I took him in to hair house warehouse to buy some product to style and fix it, and Mary started playing with it and was shocked about how badly it had been cut. She said they could fix the cut, so they put him in the chair straight away, and did the most amazing job. My son was so happy and I was totally grateful. Jo Jo is amazing and we will be seeing her from now on. They were so kind and compassionate and only wanted to help us. We are so grateful to them.

My 77 year old grandma went into this store looking for earrings and the worker sold her x2 helix piercings!

She clearly doesn’t have a helix, she has short hair and was telling the girl she wanted them for her ears which she only has one set of ear piercings - when her and my mum went back they refused to refund her after the girl talked her into buying helix piercings she can never use and made her pay $70 for them.

Erica is the best piercer bar none that i have come across. Her knowledge know how and technique are second to none i would not go to any other place or let any other piercer tamper with my cartilage and skin. A1! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Also by following her instructions never had any issue after i have had a piercing done.

Not sure why this place thinks it’s okay to overcharge people who aren’t familiar with piercings but here we are.it’s a shame they take advantage of people unlike many other (better) stores who don’t overcharge unsuspecting people.this place is disgraceful.

Staff are helpful and very knowledgable about their product range. Great advice whatever your hair care needs

This hair house need this new management team, beautiful welcoming great environment and energy, the hairdresser listen to my needs and I got my expectation. Thank you so much definitely will be coming back again.

I have gotten all of my piercings done here, and no complaints whatsoever! I recently got my helix done by Erica, and she was absolutely amazing! After the piercing I started feeling a bit fainty and I was about to pass out and Erica came running out and helped me, which I will be forever grateful for. Recommend her 1000%!

My mother and I got our hair done together. There was an opening so we were called to come in earlier - fantastic. The team were very friendly and took us through to the salon immediately. Teal started us off and had a great attitude. Joan then took over and did a fantastic job with my hair and my mums. Even after dealing with a difficult customer Joan remained calm and finished the job with the support of her team in a very professional manner. We’re very happy with our experience, thank you:)

Asked for a trim got a full cut. Had a root tint ended up with full tint that did not work. Told me to go back and they would fix it.after 2 hours. As soon as I sat down my haircut was ridiculed by the hairdresser. Then she cut mine, not trimmed as I asked but CUT. Tried to blow wave against my part so as to not see what she had not done with the colour in other words nothing.
DISASTER FULL STOP

I’m a bloke with quite long healthy hair (well below my shoulders). I was told my appointment was at 7pm, I got there on time and was told my hair dresser was on break and to come back in 10 mins. When I came back she was actually just running behind which is fine no stress. I was then told to come back in another 20 minutes.

I only got a trim and It took all of 15 minutes. She gave me a great haircut, no issues there however; I was charged $50 for it! A 15 minute haircut for $50 are you kidding! Quickest and most expensive haircut I’ve ver had! Since when did hairdressers work for $200 an hour. Never going back

Came today for two new nose piercings, the ladies out the front were absolutely lovely and Erica who did my piercings was so informative and thoughtful and made the piercing experience so quick, gentle and easy, I cannot stress enough how amazing she was! 100/10 recommend visiting

Was on the hunt for a new piercer and found Erica. Erica was amazing! If you’re looking for a new piercer, then she is definitely the one to go see! Have been back twice and each time has been just as great as the other!
All the staff there and just wonderful to deal with!

The store is now under new management and it's been a VAST improvement to say the least! The store is now a clean, welcoming place to visit and the new hairdressers are fantastic, they actually listened to my worries about my hair and previous experiences. The new manager is super knowledgeable and easy going, she was able to completely revamp my current hair routine, and since my visit (last week) my hair has never felt this healthy! I couldn't have been happier with my experience and I encourage anyone who previously had a negative experience to go back and give this new team a chance!
