Absolutely love Hairhouse, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a haircut. Beth has been cutting and colouring my hair for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. Even though I’m very vague with what I want when I go in, Beth always somehow manages to know exactly what I want. Had my hair done yesterday and I absolutely love it. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and FYI Sarah makes a great cup of coffee. ️

Have always had fantastic service at this store! My daughter had her first haircut here and it was an extremely positive experience. I have also had my haircut by Sarah and she was really friendly and highly skilled, I will definitely return for future hair services!

Good range of products, but If you expect great customer service in the salon, you will not be getting that at all!

Thank you to the team here at Hairhouse Warehouse. You saved my hair after complete disasters at two other supposed “reputable” salons. Will see you again in 6 weeks!

Refused to give me a refund for an unused product I purchased 3 days prior.
Wouldn't have purchase from a store knowing I couldn't get a refund.

Exchange or credit note wasn't offered, I was told "There's no refund for change of mind"
in those exact words.

Great experience and great employee Sarah, she did my haircut today. Very nice hairstyle she gave me. I am very happy. It’s not even expensive easily affordable for the great service and really happy to see that this store has Great employees like Sarah which makes people happy n smile on the face. Greet the customer and asked if they need any help or any recommendation. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and definitely go back to this place again and again.
Much better place than the other salons. Keep it up the good work and always smile.

Hairhouse warehouse has been the best hairhouse warehuse I have ever been too! Taylor did a fantastic job at piercing my ears and Sandra the manger was of great assistance with suggesting products to help mend my damaged hair. The Spencer street team are very friendly! Highly recommend a visit!

Had a hair cut and colour by Beth and she was AWESOME. Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, but she took to the time to educate me on how to style my hair when doing it myself at home. No other hairdresser has given me so many useful tips before and done such an amazing job with my hairstyle. It was exactly how I imagined I wanted it to be. Would recommend her to anyone. The store itself is also great, every stylist there is worth going to, this place is worth the visit for sure. If you want your hair done right, go to these guys.
