Dee dyed my hair and blow dryed and styled it. She was very skilled and experienced and just lovely to visit with as I sat there. It was her birthday but she treated me like it was my birthday.

Dee cut my hair and she did an amazing job.she took care and time into my hair and listened to hair concerns.she was also very warm and friendly.

The manager is low key rude, or just not interested or (maybe) racist. Never been to any store where the staff is unaware of where the products are placed and the manager, who was on his phone (watching reels), less than a feet away, standing and unbothered while seeing that his staff was struggling to find the product and quote the marked price. The staff said one price and when I went to pay, changed it and did that twice for different products. I have been there twice and had the same experience. First time I thought maybe the manager had an off day but faced it again the next time. The shop is 5 mins away from where I live but I would rather go to any other far away store than visiting this shop. I guess the manager doesn’t get paid enough or is just unbothered about his work.

Sonia was so knowledgable and helpful. She taught me how to dry my hair properly so that I am no longer left with a fluffy mess but a nice smooth blow wave. I could not recommend her enough.

Sonia is the best, she helped me pick out the perfect leave-in for my curls and haven't looked back since!

Went in today to get some advice on the breakage of my hair from bleaching. Girl names Sonia was so happy to help and gave great recommendations on products I should be using. Purchased the products and they have really helped my hair. Thank you!

Just been into the Spencer St store. Laura was brilliant, so helpful, old fashioned customer service.

The customer service was great. Unsure what colour products to get for my bleached hair, Laura helped with with what toners and treatment I would require at home. Will be back!

I went in to buy a straighter and the staff member on duty asked for my budget. I told her and she curtly said bye, didn't even ask me if I was looking for anything else.
Just rudley shooed me out her store.
When I went to the hair house in docklands it turned out they had a straighter in my budget.
This was a really disappointing experience because the other staff were so lovely when I've been in before.now I don't want to go in there because of grumpy bum: (

Went in for 1 product however the sales woman tried it upsell to the point that she wasn't listening to my needs. Won't be back.

Avoid these chains and to go Oz Hair website - $20 cheaper for the same Nioxin product. Manager did not tell me the return policy and did not give me the receipt when I purchased during my lunch break. I went back at 5pm to return and was denied by manager over the phone. Will have to go back another day to advocate for a proper cash back refund rather than accept the store credit, be yaw I will certainly not shop there anymore.

One of the classiest yet humble hair stylist!:) extremely talented and treat customer as the King.
Totally Changed my look for the better and now it seems i just took a Re-Birth as an actor!: D
