Got a piercing today and the gentleman who did it was the best so professional and just a genuine bloke. When's he back in so I can get another one?

I just bought a nose r ing from a young man from South America called Daniel. He was so helpful, polite and generally a lovely person. He was a delight to deal with.

Ok, I'm a male in my late 40s, maybe even early 50s, who's keeping count. Anyway I needed something, I didn't quite know what, but to make my hair look less of a nightmare than it was. Like a lamb to the slaughter I wandered into this shop in Southern Cross Spencer St in the hope I could find something and quickly leave before anyone noticed what a lost cause I was. A young funky lass working there approached me and asked what I needed, I didn't really know, she knew I didn't know but patiently talked me through some products that would work with my thining folicals. I must say, I left feeling pretty good after learning there is stuff that is tailored to my receding, greying and generally awesome hair, big thanks to Emily who showed compassion, enthusiasm and care.

I had a great experience with one of the retail staff at this store who actually washed and styled my hair amazingly, she was a retail staff member but was able to fit me into getting my hair curled, amazing work from Emily I’ll most definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I had my hair cut with a girl named Sarah the other day, I can honestly say she gave me the best haircut I ever had. She really listen to what you want and she also told me a lot of help information about shampoo for my sensitive scalp. Thank you Sarah awesome job.

Went here today was offered the best advice by Emily and she helped me find the exact thing i needed. Will definitely be coming again.

Last Sunday my daughter wanted her hair braided for her communion and we had asked for a 9am appointment was told salon usually opens at 10am but Sarah started at 9am and did a very nice braid she made my daughter very happy. We will be back.

Had my hair washed and blow waved here last Friday! Left feeling a million bucks. Great vibes, plus the girls were so helpful with putting me on the correct products to go home with in regards to my hair and scalp! I'll definitely be back:)

Totally shocked at the lack of intrest between the lady with the black hair at the counter and her surroundings! Absorbed in her mobile phone, i had to stand and wait for almost five minutes until another staff member came and served me. I am very pleased with the american crew packs but i may shop elsewhere for them from now on.

Was overwhelmed by the variety of hair waxes/pomade. Had a sensible recommendation & fantastic customer service by Tabatha. Really understanding of the situation.

Went there to buy a new hair brush. They have mostly high end products and all kinds of stuff for your hair (I saw colors, hair dryers, styling products, shampoo.). Friendly cashiers.

Honestly the worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life asked to to get a trim and yet the lady who seemed to know what she was doing started to hack all my hair off! I clearly stated i wanted to keep my hair tuckable behind my ears but obviously she didn’t get the memo, do not get a haircut here! (excuse grammar)

This business quoted me $70 over the phone to have my daughter's earlobes pierced with titanium studs (including cleansing spray), but then asked for $90 when we arrived a short time later. The Melbourne Central store, on the other hand, quoted $60 for everything, so we went there instead. And that's what we paid. Exceptionally good service, too, for 30% less. I really don't appreciate dodgy business practices.

Possibly, the rudest staff ever. I've been here a few times, different staff, same poor service.

I had a fantastic experience at Hair house Warehouse on Spencer, I was looked after by a girl named Sarah. She instantly made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She was very professional, polite, Time efficient and made the whole experience worth the wait. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new hair dresser who knows exactly whats she doing, Go to HairHouse WareHouse on Spencer and ask for Sarah. I deferentially will be back to see her! Had an amazing experience with Beth, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made me feel confident I could trust her and also had a pleasant time during the service! 5+ stars!
