If you are looking to do your own colour go and see MENA at hair house warehouse Doncaster! She found the best colour for me and it turned out amazingly. She even told me how to mix the colour. Amazing service! Highly recommend!

Kye had a look at some other piercings I had recently had done too, which were subpar/had become infected and advised on how to fix up these up, which Kye kindly sorted out for me.
I really appreciated her attentiveness, patience and care she took during my session.

I went to hairhouse warehouse to get my septum pierced by Josh, he had previously done my nose piercing as well. Both times he was incredibly nice and professional and made it as good an experience as possible thanks so much!

I honestly wish i could give this no stars. I ordered hair colour, shampoo and conditioner 3 weeks ago. For some reason it was sent in seperate boxes and box 1 of 2 arrived a week ago with box 2 of 2 nowhere to be found and with no tracking information. Since they were both under the same tracking number theyre both showing as delievered. Theres been no feedback from HHWH and i have no idea where my parcel is.

I came in to have a balyage on Saturday although it looked beautiful it wasn't exactlly what I wanted, I returned Monday and Michelle did my hair, she is extremely talented and knowledgeable she did an absolutely amazing job! She is a wonderful hair dresser

Katelyn did my hair and she got the most incredible results lightening my black hair to blonde. I was speechless at how nicely the colour and condition of my hair came out. She is so talented. Also a major shout out to Eva who made me smile and delivered incredible customer service and saved me from attempting to do my hair on my own! She’s honestly such a joy and genuinely cares about those who come in. Great staff, great results, and great experience!

I paid extra for express postage services on an order of a SINGLE HAIR DYE product two weeks ago, it was supposedly shipped 3 days after I placed my order, however there have been NO tracking updates on Australia Post and it presents as if my order never even left their warehouse as the Australia Post tracking indicates the package still hasn't even been received by Australia Post yet, it hasn't gone to a sorting facility. This is beyond poor and CLEARLY does not meet Consumer Law guidelines. Its evident my order hasn't left Hairhouse Warehouse and only a shipping label has been created despite paying just under $20.00 for express postage, which is a premium price higher than the $11.95 flat rate nationwide express postage price. I deliberately purchased express shipping for a deadline which your lack of efficient processes and responsiveness, this has cost me valuable income - the last thing anyone needs right now during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I will be telling everyone I know how poor, disappointing and unethical this experience was. All of this is exacerbated by the fact that this company doesn't even have the capacity to speak to its customers. Never again.

I recently went into the doncaster store looking for a few products to help my hair because it was a mess.i was lucky enough to be served by Eva - it was the best experience i’ve ever had in a store! She taught me so many tips and tricks! Anything she says i will do because a few weeks later my hair is the healthiest it has ever been! Eva is the best!

Unbelievably happy with the service I received, my hair was an absolute mess of staining and brassy home dyed blonde when I came in, and when I came out I literally had the ash blonde, shiny hair of my dreams. Kaitlin and Christina are MIRACLE WORKER'S and the best hairdressers I have had work on my hair. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for you guys saving my hair x

Thankyou to Demi for giving me one of the most enjoyable hair cuts ever. I am often intimated going into hair salons, the girls can be rude or judgmental, or they are super busy and just rush you through, but Demi was absolutely lovely and friendly and did an amazing job of my hair. Definitely recommend going here!:)

I refuse to pay $170 for a haircut on short hair and then get told that it's their pricing when I can get same thing done for half the price in the same shopping centre
