Me and my friend done hair cut from Michelle today at 5: 15pm and 6: 15 pm, the customer service was amazing and my hair cut is just awe, love it, will surely come back again just to have hair cut done from Michelle Michelle definitely deserves a bonus.

They are a bunch of arrogant people, teŕrible customer service, I consulted about my hair colour to turn it dark purple from wine red! Now my hair is dark brown! So disappointing!

Normally I have an attitude of “let bygones be bygones”. Sadly, two days ago as I shopped in the store I experienced a terrible customer service from the two ladies working on the roster.

I have worked in hospitality and retail so I understand the woes, ups and downs of the industry, specially during covid. Yet, monday’s service was so shocking and truly truly disappointing, even my partner left the store whilst I finished shopping.

There were two ladies on shift one with copper/orange hair and another with long black hair. The store had no customers and when my partner and I came in they were talking to each other, which is no biggie.

What became an issue was after I received the “can I help you? ” and I proceed to explain what I was looking for, the lady in copper hair proceeded to completely ignore me and then went back to talk to the other lady.

After they finished their conversation, which left me standing there a bit shocked, the lady with copper hair left the store and the lady with black hair helped me with a not so welcoming attitude.

I felt really appalled by the whole experience. In the middle of my conversation with the lady my partner left the store and I kept going with my shopping.

I know the ultimate role of retail is to proceed with a sale, but I could tell the entire atmosphere changed with the lady in black after I made a hundred dollar purchase. After I finished my shopping I spoke with my partner.

He said he had to leave because their treatment towards me was very rude, and he didn’t want to cause a scene and honestly neither did I, but we agreed the service was terrible.

I felt truly how the service changed whilst I added more products, because I usually buy a few every few months. The shopping was so uncomfortable. Made me think that I was a walking wallet and all it mattered was for me to just get the heck out of there after I paid.

I don’t know what was going with them that day, but considering lockdowns and that the store was extra empty I would have expected to receive a better customer service than I did.

I am still going to shop here because is convenient, but I will definitely not go in if any of the two ladies are on shift. Would rather not shop and feel happy than go in and feel as if I was a walking wallet.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I attended your saloon, for some low lights to be added to my blonde colour $220.00 later, when I looked in the mirror it was not what I wanted.
I sat with it for a few days, and then sent my email to the director of the store, I heard nothing so I went to the store requesting some form of compensation.
All I was offered was another attempt to get the colour right, there was no way this was going to happen.so I sent a second email, and again heard nothing, I consider this both dismissive and very rude,
I have since.spent another $300, to fix my colour.
I was told by the hairdresser that fixed my hair, that the colour was all wrong, and applied very badly.
I would not recommend anyone to attend this store, and I have passed on my dissatisfaction to many people.
In short had you displayed the courtesy to at least answer my emails, or at enter into some correspondence this unfortunate review could have been alleviated

(Not about this store but about head office)
Absolutely disgusting how they treat their consumers. I contacted the head office 3 weeks ago asking for someone to contact me about my faulty product and the horrible experience I had at one of their stores, I got a reply asking what the issue was and how they could help and once I replied telling them what had happened I never heard back. I have tried calling the head office multiple times and leaving messages to get someone to call me back and I still haven’t heard anything. I have seen other reviews of them doing this to other customers too. Would never ever recommend this company again.

I called ahead to make a booking for my sons nose piercing to celebrate his 16th birthday, the woman on the phone was quite grumpy but it was first thing in the morning so I didn’t read into it.
She said he’ll need to prove his age if he’s alone with photo ID - fair enough, so he should, but if I’m there I can sign for him. Sorted, I’ll be there!
We get there, definitely dealing with the same woman from the morning phone call, still grumpy. Whatever.
Demands that I need to prove that I am my sons mother in order to go ahead with the piercing, which I wasn’t told over the phone.
I would have brought his passport otherwise. Also this seems super excessive? I was not told over the phone that I needed to prove that I was his Mother and it just seemed like she was doing it to be a c*nt.
Left without a piercing.
Get a new job if you’re so miserable there.

Kye is fantastic, I got an ear piercing and she was lovely, took the time to get it how I wanted it and just a fun and great person. The piercing didn't hurt and is healing well so far. Also gorgeous with my daughter. Recommended!

Wanted to buy a hair wond and knowing nothing about them i was seeking help as this was to be a gift, i was made to feel like i didn't belong in the store. Will never go back.

Walked into the store to be hovered over by a staff member, doesn't greet or offer me any help. I was after two products but the staff member was literally right beside me eyeing me off, making me feel uncomfortable and like she thought I was going to steal the products. I move over to another area and she follows me. I was in the store less that 2 minutes yet she followed me the whole time. She was making uncomfortable eye contact with me while I was shopping, yet to greet me or offer assistance. Please consider training your employees to not make customers uncomfortable by following them, greeting them upon arrival and not treating them like a thieve! I work in two major retail stores and never in my life have I treated a customer with such disrespect. Horrible experience and wont be coming back here.

Two weeks ago I went to the store to book a hair colour appointment. I haven't been here before, and thought I give them a go since they sell hair products. The retail assistant that attended to me was quite unfriendly but I went ahead to book the appointment anyway since she is not the hairstylist. Over the days, I called in twice to try to reschedule my appointment as I had a last minute business meeting, but was told that they have only one hairstylist unlike "actual hair saloon" therefore she is booked for the week. I advised that I will be running slightly late and on the day of my appointment, I had to drive 45mins to the appointment and called in to remind them I will be late and after checking with the hairstylist, they said it is ok. I arrived at 12.20pm, and Hairstylist Christina spoke with me. I then found out from her that the price and colour information their retail assistant gave me were incorrect. The price not only increased to approx $200 and they said the colour (medium brown) I wanted could not be achieved with just one appointment. I had to do it over several appointments! And because she is fully booked out today as she was all alone, no assistant, no one, she is not able to do the job. Now look, I have been colouring my hair for decades, I never knew it is so difficult to achieve medium brown and need to have several appointments? She apologised that their retail assistant did not provide me with the correct information and asked me to come back on Friday evening instead. I said I have blocked out my day for this appointment which I booked 2 weeks ago and also drove 45 mins for this appointment. Acknowledging their mistake for giving me the wrong pricing and colour information, she said she will speak to her Manager to see if they can do the medium brown colour treatment for me today. After 5 mins, the hairstylist came back and said her Manager said there is nothing they could do! OMG! What the cheek and what customer service is this! The Manager did not even bother coming to me to speak to me or apologise to me for her staff's error or even bothered making an effort to solve my problems? I manage a large team of staff myself and imagine if I treat my clients like she did, the couldnt care less attitude. And in a covid normal environment where many small businesses are struggling, trying to stay afloat and achieve more revenue, this store is definitely not showing these efforts. I left with a really negative experience and will be sharing this will all my friends and family members so they are aware about the misinformation provided by the store and their attitude. I since went to another hair saloon in Westfield Knox, and this time I made sure I go to an "actual" hair saloon and my hair colour treatment was achieved way better than I expected and also got an appointment on the spot as they were 5 hairstylist and it only cost me $120 for colour/treatment/cut and wash. I later spoke to my young adult daughter about my negative experience with Hairhouse Doncaster and my daughter laughed at me and said "Mummy, who goes there for hair colour treatment! Dont go there next time. " No, no more next time Im afraid.

Went here a couple of days ago to get a nose piercing, so far it feels amazing and it’s healing smoothly.if you’re going to get a piercing here i strongly recommend booking kye! They were so professional it what they were doing and super friendly while explaining the whole process, definitely coming here again!

I got my tragus pierced here about 6 weeks ago and everything appeared fine despite the fact i felt a bit sus about high up the piercing was done.today when i noticed i could see the whole bar and then i knew something was really wrong and my suspicions about the placement was right.so i took the piercing out and now i realise the piercing almost ripped through my ear because the placement was way too high up.i’m very worried i may need stitches now due to how messed up the part of my ear looks now.
