First time here, my hairdresser called in sick and they called to cancel my appointment but EM said she’ll do it for me. Just wanted a trim and EM did an amazing job, even though they were really busy, she was very patient, did her work with a lot of care and had a very professional and great attitude.

I walked into hairhouse feeling very defeated on a bad colour I had at a different salon. All the staff were incredibly supportive. Chloe gave me great advice and fixed my hair perfectly. I feel so grateful. I highly recommend all the staff at this store.

Came in to restock on a conditioner, please don’t have staff try and up sell items by trying to pick on peoples hair. I was appalled that I was asked to try a product because my hair had breakage, when it fact it’s long and healthy.

I had my haircut from this stylist name Katelyn. And she was sooo good!
So professional and she gave me a great haircut. Thier service is amazing too
Overall I am very happy with this salon.

Fist time client at Hairhouse Doncaster with Liv and Nathan amazing experience. Both very friendly with incredible knowledge on hair colour and cut. Knowing I was on a budget Liv still managed to give me the vip salon experience I walked in with grey dry yellow highlights and walked out feeling 10 years younger They are my now go to hair stylists.

Staff here are fantastic, Services and products are great - Easy to book too which can be rare. Never had a bad experience here, whether it be piercings, salon experience or simoky retail products. Will be back, thanks ladies (and gents!).

I had a really great experience with Tom at Doncaster Westfield. If you ever go here you should ask for him. He was incredibly helpful but also really kind and understanding. He helped me with all my questions and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable.:)

This salon has amazing customer service, very friendly & knowledgeable team & a great range of products. I would definitely recommend Hairhouse Doncaster, especially the salon team, Katelyn is amazing.

When giving out advice you must be absolutely sure that it's accurate. I was told to rinse my hair with conditioner after my workouts. Conditioner alone can damage your hair and cause it to snap/break. Always research before acting on incorrect advice unless you want your hair to fall out.

I got my ears pierced on the 25th of May. I got the curated $99 deal that was on at the time for 3 piercings. I got my conch done and my seconds in my lobes. My piercer was lovely and worked with me to make sure that the placements looked amazing and took her time making adjustments and triple checking. The piercings themselves went smoothly and i was so happy with the final look. Big thankyou to my piercer im pretty sure her name was Beth according to her nametag (she had blue hair) i will be going back to her for all future piercings from now on!

I made an appointment to have my ear pierced, the last time I did that was thirty years ago, hence the nerves set in but I really wanted to go through with it.
Erin was amazing, lovely and professional.she talked me through the process and I am so glad I did it. Thank you Erin, I will recommend you to everyone!
