Gyoza Gyoza - Japanese Restaurant Chadstone

Never coming again，before i moving home I coming once or twice time a month～now the beef steak was become smaller…smaller～and the price much higer than before，the zaru soba noodle was very terrible～very disappointed

3 inexperienced /slow response floor staffs service the tables, we came to the restaurant before 7pm on Wednesday, couple of tables wasn't clean up in time. Food service is slow as well. The 1st dish came out around 20 mins after we ordered, but the rest come after 35mins from our order. The Avocado Salad is only the green colour mayo paste only without the actual avocado. Highly NOT recommended come to this restaurant if you have to pay for your meal.

Honestly one amazing place, the surroundings are amazing. The food is beautiful and at an affordable price as well! The drink menu is very creative and tasty. The music is awesome and they even had blankets to keep you warm while you enjoyed your meal/s ;) Staff are amazing and friendly! AMAZING PLACE

Service was lousy, 1 dish brought every 15 minutes for 3 people. Servings were tiny compared to the prices. 4 tiny pieces of soft shell crab served on a bed of Coles mixed salad with a drizzle of bottled sauce. One dish served on a crumbled piece of afoul. Won't be going back

The foods were delicious, the staff were friendly and easy-going. Nice place dine in, take your family, friends and lady love here.

Today i waited for 15 minutes at the doors when there is at least 4 empty tables, 3 staffs were on shift but seem like they dont want any more customers when no one keen to get me a table.

I ordered 7 different foods. Some of them were too oily. The shrimps had no taste. They brought our food one by one with much time break between them. No recommend.

Don’t bother with this place. Well below average food. Delivery didn’t even arrive. Manager was rude and basically didn’t give a s**t. Go somewhere else.

The zaru soba was a bit bland. To be precise, it’s the tsuyu (dipping sauce) needs work. Other than that, I enjoyed the small cozy environment. The staff is awesome.

Nice cozy place, food is great, small in portion so you can try many, very competitive price, very welcoming and friendly people! Thumbs up guys!

Been here a few times, but my last experience had made me not want to return.

Made a booking for 2 for my anniversary with my wife for their inside seating, and specifically requested a booth seat. When we arrived, there were no seats available alongside the booth.

We were told we had to wait if we wanted a spot. When I asked how long, they said the only couple close to finishing had just ordered again so they didn't know. They suggested a spot had become available outside, and I confirmed there was heating. After sitting down there, we were told there wasn't any heating in that section by another staff member and that we would have to wait for menus as there weren't any available.

Not once in the experience did they actually apologise for their error, they just acted as if we were being unreasonable.

We decided to leave and instead went to Calia inside the centre, which I would highly recommend as a great alternative.

TLDR; Don't book and expect them to actually have a table for you, or an apology.

Come here almost every week- addicted! Friendly staff, delicious light meals, great pricing and food comes out very quick.

Never to return again. I know that's harsh but myself and my partner feel very unwell after dinner there tonight. Very disappointing, sorry I couldn't be more positive. Staff were Lovely!

We had a great time at Gyoza Gyoza. The lunch deal is very good and you can get up to 30% back with Liven! Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

My husband and I made a booking for our anniversary dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived we discovered they had forgotten to set aside a table for us. We were told we could either wait for a table inside or sit outside. After checking there was heating outside, we agreed to this option. We were then placed on a table without a heater (about 2 metres from the nearest heater). To make matters even more infuriating, we were told they had run out of menus. The entire time the staff made us feel as if we were being an inconvenience so we decided to leave and find another restaurant (which was absolutely superb). There are so many amazing restaurants at Chadstone, so I highly recommend diners go elsewhere.

Lovely staff and beautiful food. Had the ox tongue, fried cauliflower and teriyaki chicken. All great, especially impressed with the ox's tongue. Will be coming back!:)

Nice beef! But that's not why I write review, I lost my wallet here, and come here 2 days later got my wallet back without lose any cash! My wallet had $1200 cash that time! Nice people here!
