Busy and understaffed but they are working hard to deliver service. Be patient, check out the menu before you go and relax. There's plenty to choose from, from Hot stone Wagyu to soy milk soft serve in waffle cones. Great sake list and cocktails so kampai!

Firstly seems to be a nice place and the server was quite attentive in explaining how to order. I ordered stone grill porterhouse, pan fried gyoza and a drink. The drink and gyoza came after about 10 minutes, then I had to wait for over an hour for the stone grill. No one came around to check what I was waiting for except to tell everyone of the last order for the night. I asked one server and said it was coming but past an hour and still nothing arrive. I asked again just to find out that they had “forgotten” or “missed” my order. They offer nothing but apology. It was very unfortunate that my experience was below mediocre.

First of all i am logged in via my partner's gmail.

After dining with you on the 1842022 (Monday), i was extremely disappointed by the service that i received.

My friend and I ordered a porterhouse each and after waiting a while for our order the waitress returned to say there's no other steak besides the wagyu available and asked if we would like to replace it. We agreed (as obviously we were told there were no other steaks). Upon finishing our meals we went to pay and were told that our bill came to $184.36. When we questioned this, we were told that the steaks were then charged at $70 each. No mention of this or a price increase when the waitress changed our order, and having the menu's already taken away we had no idea of the cost and would not of purchased it. Especially being a measly 200 grams. We had budgeted at the $35 per steak for the porterhouse.

We should of been told of this price increase, especially having no idea of the cost of the "only" steak available.

I have frequented this venue, and brought numerous others with me on a frequent occasion but will now not be returning. I am extremely displeased with the service and lack of information from your staff changing my order and find it quite unacceptable that the only item you have available (which we were told after quite a wait after our orders were placed) is the highest costing item on the menu and not being informed.

Takoyaki 5pcs ($8.50)
? King Island Porterhouse 200g Breaded ($28.90)
? Oyster with Wasabi Mayo 3 pcs ($12.00)
Stir Fry Spicy Pork Belly ($12.00)
? Pan fried minced garlic & pork gyoza 5pcs ($7.50)
? King Island Porterhouse 200g in Stone Grill w/ salad, garlic butter, japanese ponzu sauce ($28.90)
? Fried Kaki 2pcs ($11.00)
Peach Sangria Jug ($26.90)

You can tell we were super hungry this day Our favourite dish by far was the Yaki Hotate scallops! The cheesiness was delicious! All the entree type dishes were not bad - however wouldn’t try the pan fried pork gyoza again.

- is the indication what will get again next time

The King Island Porterhouse was something we have never experienced - a steak coated in batter and cooked on a stone grill! Pretty much like a chicken katsu but beef quite interesting and definitely would try something like that again!

Lastly, the drinks were no alcohol content at all despite being cocktails! This let our night down unfortunately!

It was our first time here. After much built up expectation, we were really looking forward to the dining experience. We were presented with a big menu and so we really wanted to try many items but the restaurant seemed understaffed and very disorganized. When we tried to order our food and drinks, at least 50% (or thereabouts) of the items we wanted to order were not available, so (rather than walking out) we settled for some menu items that would normally have been a second or third choice, and then even some of those items were not available as well. Many of the specialized Japanese drinks that were promoted on the menu were also not available. This really dampened the spirits of our dining group but we soldiered on knowing the business needs support and cashflow at this difficult time. We finished our dinner, paid the bill but left very disappointed with our dining experience.

Overpriced plus really really slow service (over an hour and a half for 2 people). Ruins your plans/schedule by taking so long. Maybe employ more people.

Ordered delivery via a food delivery app (doing my best to support restaurants during the lockdown). Ordered at 6.24pm (even though it said the order would be 45mins), it's 8.16pm now, food still being prepared. The driver messaged saying they were short staffed (one in the kitchen and one on the counter) - this on a Friday night. What worse the slow delivery, the food. The beef was cold, dry and chewy. The gyozas were smaller, 5 pieces (were previously 6). Same with the soft shell crab slider (smaller).
Really disappointed.

Very nice, great food. Place needs more space as they have boxes etc in front of bench and limited seats. Also had a slight smell from kitchen but nothing bad.

Best Japanese food that I've had in a while. Their Yakisobas, Steamed Gyozas and Miso Soup is a must-try.

Will surely return soon!

I enjoyed the sashimi and tiger prawn tempura. My daughter liked their chips very much (called German potato).

The tropical black tea took a while and I was a bit annoyed with the wait. But when I got it, so good and worth of the wait.

Will come again. Hopefully next time the drink can come quicker.

Very disappointed this time, bad experience. When we arrived at 6pm, could only see 1 staff was moping the floor. We asked her if we could grab a seat, then she asked her co-workers who were in the kitchen, it took about 3 mins for a staff came out with empty hand. Apparently she’s not doing her job in the kitchen otherwise her hand would not be empty when she came out. Not sure why it took her so long to come out. I understand that the place was not busy maybe the staffs were relaxing or were having lunch in the kitchen. However, though the place was not busy at all, the water we asked for when we placed the order never got served, and we were the only table with no water. When I paid in the counter, I politely remind the staff that I asked for the water in the very beginning but never got one, the staff said nothing, didn’t apologised, only giggled. I was bit suprised cause I didn’t think it was funny at all.

Made a booking through their main centre a week ago for a table for dinner and turned up at the door and was greeted by one of their new staffs, Rista and was told they don't have our booking. When asked what they can do to sort out the confusion, she literally said there was nothing she could do. When asked if she could speak to her manager or ask her manager to come or even call the main centre (where their bookings were taken) to have things sorted out, she flatly refused. She kept saying she was a new staff there and was unable to help us unless we were willing to wait around for a table to be available. It was utterly frustrating that she couldn't be more helpful to ask for help or direction from her manager or to call the main centre but instead directed me to call to sort things out instead. Whilst she may be new, there was simply no excuse and appalling service that she couldn't seek help but instead told us that there were other customers she needed to attend to and chose to ignore us. An otherwise lovely night out for a birthday dinner ended on a sour note and how disappointing was that. Having spoken with their main centre, their store manager Jenny gave me a call back to acknowledge their stuffed up on our appointment and miraculously was able to promptly offer us a table. Unfortunately, by that time everyone was no longer in the mood to dine there anymore. This unpleasant experience has left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. There was simply no way to mistreat a customer like that and we can only hope that they will re-educate their staffs in particular the newer ones to better equipped with better customer etiquette for a warmer and more genuine reception at the door. If it is an honest mistake on your part then own it and rectify it for the customers and that's not too much to ask.

Staff was friendly and food came out quick enough.

In general, I had higher expectations for food quality and I was not impressed. It's not that the food was bad but it was just not amazing.

We tried this restaurant yesterday and was not that impressive, eventhough the pictures from the food were amazing as well as our images turn out pretty good. Perhaps because they offer more "fast food like experience" instead of asian gourmet culinary experience we were after.
The gyozas were not the greatest and the fried rice was blant with no particular flavour or umami. The tempura crab and seaweed sald were the most delicious from the whole our food that evening. Beef options were not available and very limited on meat addition to their dishes. Chicken skewers were overcooked with very dry and chewy consistency.

We had soft crab mini sliders there. They were good, but the fried rice was under seasoned and tasteless. The chicken skewers were miniscule and dry and they run out of chicken for the rest of the dishes. The dumplings were average. On the website the menu was to start salivating but in reality very disappointing. Also the stuff was busy with take away orders instead of paying attention to the paying customers in the restaurant.

If I didn't know my Coles green tea well I'd have said it's the same thing they were/are passing on as Sencha. The slooow service aside the food (atleast what I ordered) is nothing worth writing home about)
