Disappointing they feel the need to use plastic forks, buy a damn dishwasher!

Fairly quick and reasonably priced - if a little on the higher end. I've been a couple times and the food quality tends to vary a noticeable amount from day to day, likely due to whoever is preparing the food on the day of arrival. However, the quality of the food overall is always good here and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something a little nicer than McDonald's in Eastland

Love coming here, favourite food and love being able to speak spanish with staff. However on multiple occasions I have been witness to a staff member (supposed manager) abusing coworkers and using inappropriate language and leaving shop frequently. All in all, love the food,

I tried the Nachos (first visit) as a staple of any good Mexican Restaurant and found it quite lovely. The traditional corn/tortilla chips were VERY nice and combined it with my favorite ground beef but you have the choice of many- slow cooked beef, chicken etc. Even barramundi (which I will have to try)

My second visit I had the burrito which was also v nice filled again w/ ground beef and rice which had lovely flavour of traditional Gucamile sour cream etc.

They also have a add your own hot sauces/ condaments 'n herbs type of self serve bar for extra spice which was nice touch.

Very fast and helpful service

GYG is my go-to place for Mexican! This store especially has fresh and yummy ingredients, good portion sizes and great customer service. They are apologetic if service is a little slower than usual and are helpful if there are any issues. I appreciate the lengths this store go to in order to make sure their customers leave happy. If I could give this GYG more than 5 stars, I would! Will keep coming back for sure.

Food was amazing but service not so much. Server seemed in a very bad mood and was abusing coworker, yelling at him and telling him off etc. I understand she was alone out front but was very aggressive to all customers and was not an enjoyable experience.

Use to be great food and service but now is shocking. They have ran out of ingredients on multiple occasions (pulled beef and chips!) the staff are rude and the females hair are flying g around everywhere. One in particular who had it down was long and dangling into food she was preparing.
Not wasting my money here again when there are so many other options at eastland

Pretty decent. Burrito is a bit loaded with cheese which is a bit heavy, the dipping sauces are pretty good.

Looked like a good place at first sight, but the service was honestly garbage. Everyone was laying back and chatting, having a good time, then when I went to order, I think a few were laughing at me: (. I felt way out of my comfort, and they really should hire people that do the job, not go to "socialising club". The food was kinda eh. It tasted good, but I got a toddler's serving size, absolute trash value for the money. Definitely won't be going back there any time soon.

Great food. I had the burrito bowl and it was just what I need it! Fantastic service, the girls are amazing! Definitely coming back again.

Wife review: took her order then left the kitchen. A few minutes later other random employee had to call the ppl who where just chilling in the back to actually come out to make her barrito. She did say other times it's good tho.

DISGUSTING. Usually love gyg tried the eastland store today waited 20 minutes for 1 burrito. Was served just the burrito no plate no bag nothing and it was hot. I got the beef paid extra for double meat. It was inedible. It was all 1 chunk of pure fat and gristle. That's all. I'm disgusted. Truly.

Terrible quality food, burrito fell apart because it was so stale, everything was just thrown together! Nachos tasted like soggy cardboard.

Ordered tacos - tortilla was super soggy and falling apart (making it impossible to eat!), parts of tortilla that werent soggy were stale, meat (ordered pork and slow cooked beef) was bland. Salsas in Eastland is much better!

Best mexican food in the area! Staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to help ensuring I had a great time, they even offered my children paper to draw on. The food was served fast and it was to the best standard and I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to customise my meal. Would definitely return
