The enchilada was horrible. It actually stank like straight up olive oil. Was gagging whilst eating. DO NOT recommend.

Awesome quality food but they'll leave you hungry because a meal is not their intention. Left me $55 in the dinner hole of almost but not satisfied.

First and last time ordering from here. We ate in and it was the worst Mexican I have ever ordered.
If you want to spend $40on cold chips with a side and a mean a small side of beef go ahead.it comes in throw away cartons, whether your dining in or out.
Seriously go next door to grill'd and get yourself a proper meal.the only good thing to come out of this place is the sauce which comes from a bottle so they can't mess it up.if this is your only experience of Mexican life is bad.good luck.

Well located at Eastland Shopping Centre, Guzman y Gomez offers traditional Mexican Food to delight the taste buds.
Definitely a place tbat cannot be missed.

Enchilada was bland, not spicy (which I ordered) and not much cheese. The djne-in is still in take away pack and plastic cutlery.

We have just had Guzman Y Gomez for the first time. We ordered it through Uber Eats. Unfortunately food was stone cold when it arrived. Tasted great, but would have been a whole lot better eaten whilst still hot. Not sure if this lies with Guzman or the driver.

Disgusted wouldn't take cash. I couldn't use my card has my rent was coming out and I got loaned some money. So I went hungry cos u wouldn't take cash oh and change your SIGNS card Preferred is NOT the same as Card Only! So you missed out on a sale because you wouldn't take my money!

First time back in a long time and boy has it gone downhill. No authentic corn tortillas. Flavorless meats. One of the tacos had been missed with the filling between 2 tacos. Undercooked beef. Not returning.

Above average GYG in the state of Victoria. Go to middleborough road, the best GYG in the southern hemisphere

Went 1st time today got a couple tacos, then.went back and grabbed a couple more.bloody great, chick there didnt mess about either, haha, great fast service

Bland $15 rice burrito: (

I had a spicy chicken burrito with chip from there today. The burrito was dry with not enough spice, full of bland rice with about one small mouthful of chicken in it, couldn't find any salad. The chips needed salt. But on the bright side the service was good. However, for $15 this was a massive waste of money for what was the majority.white rice. Ashlee's name was on the food stickers, not sure if they are instructed to skimp on the meat but at home i can't cook it so needed some iron today.

Not packaged well for delivery/takeaway, everything was stone cold when delivered. They are way overpriced for the quality of food they provide. I have included a photo of the $6.30 cup of chips I got so you can decide if it's good value. In a time when businesses are closing there doors left right and center, I would expect more of an effort to get return customers.

Been a long time fan of gomez. Food was amazing and be sure to go out of my way to come to the eastland store again with my partner due to the high level customer service and fantastic experience that we received from Jasmine.

Ordered takeaway of 2x regular, spicey chicken burritos and regular (small) chips. Service was great; friendly staff. Food was served in a timely manner, chips were made fresh. Sauce station was empty but they filled two takeaway containers for me from sauce behind the counter. Taste was good and refreshing. I was originally thinking of getting a pizza from somewhere but my partner suggested Guzman y Gomez - I'm glad she did. Only downside is its location - Eastland has horrendous, really atrocious parking and tight access for cars, many blind spots, with rude drivers and slow exit. It's a shame because I liked Guzman y Gomez (first time customer to any of the franchises).

Only Mexican place that sell nachos (corn chips) with queso (cheese sauce)! Not melted cheese! Love that you can just help yourself to the sauce, condiments, and topping options, too (eg. Extra chopped onions!)

No a true reflexión of the franchise recipe. It’s the second time I try there and I don’t think I will come back!

Went to Guzman Y Gomez Eastland and let me tell you, this place is the benchmark of good food and great service. A lovely young crew member named Ben, wore the most stylish clothing I had ever seen and quite frankly that was the reason I went here instead of Grilld Eastland. Despite only speaking Mongolian, Ben was a great help and I only had to spend $400 dollars on an online translator. The food was lovely, what was weird however was the lack of food on my plate when it arrived. The manager said this was due to "the crippling debt of the company after a failed investment into the legalisation of cocaine in the US" despite this, the lack of food was delicious. 5 stars

I’d rate this place 0 stars if I could, one star is too generous, my last three orders have all been messed up, first was raw chicken (in all fairness the manager on duty was amazing about it he is the only good thing about this place)

Second order was given attitude for a mistake made on my behalf, only to find out they messed up the order

Third order was given the wrong meat, paid for the higher one, went to call up and they’re unable to take phone calls?

Wouldn’t recommend
