I am very disappointed with the food and service. The quality of the food was low, and my order was incorrect. I ordered two nachos, and one was missing pork. The chicken seemed burnt, and there was no sour cream. I will never go back.

Great meal today, lovely service from all the staff. Only complaint is that the beans slightly overpower the flavour, other than that amazing first meal at GYG!

Food was very very good it filled me up so much absolutely loved this place the coke was perfect sorry for the bad photo but it was yummy but the food is expensive but it’s worth the price

I love GYG but tonight I finally learnt my lesson about this location. The food is awful and for what you pay it makes it worse! I think I've had a good meal here once. I ordered a bowl tonight and it was literally TASTELESS! The chicken had NO flavour, it was strange. To
Top it off it was STONE COLD! Everyone at this location needs to go to GYG at Moorabbin DFO to see how it's done. Their food is always hot, they give you heaps and it tastes great. The staff look incredibly bored and could care less, maybe that's why the food is so bland. The one positive was the music wasn't blaring like a nightclub. Won't be going here ever again. Avoid it!

I visit this Eastland store quite often like 2-3 times a week due to the location close to the kid's play ground. They are normally busy but the staff are attentive and friendly. One of the managers Matt is very helpful and happy to try to get a serve of ice cream e even when it is almost out of stock or service. My kid loves their $2.5 soft serve and their kids buritto meal.

First time had a really bad experience at Guzman. Ordered a spicy chicken burito bowl but was served a mild one. Also the chicken was burnt that I couldn't even eat and the whole bowl had the burnt smell. Asked for the replacement but got served the same one adding some extra burnt chicken. Really disappointed with service will never be visiting again.

Food quality has absolutely gone down in recent days and there is always a missing key ingredient when ordering food such as avocado salsa missing from nachos. Staffs are busy eating behind the counter which is awful how can you eat while customers watching you to prepare their food. Please be clean and prepare all the food with proper hygiene.

Just ordered one meal, spicy burrito bowl all rice and 4 bits of chicken with hardly any salsa. Would have saved money by boiling up some rice. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a burrito with just a couple things in it and I got everything else except what I asked and 3 hours later I got food poisoning and was vomiting all night thx gyg

Always missing food and wrong fillings, rude staff hang up on you and don't solve issues.

Somewhere, a business founder is rolling in their grave. This is the kinds of terrible Blandness that has you looking at you bank statements and asking “why? ”. I ordered in, the food came wrapped to take away, served by staff who aren’t paid enough to listen or care. Seems that it’s a policy to get rid of any excess rice, my chicken burrito was 90% plain white rice and my wife’s bowl was the same but with a $2 teaspoon of guacamole and a couple of beans. No peri sauce, no spice…. Or Mexican flavours. Just total plain white rice blandness to match the plain white rice service. I should have known, as the were no spice option on the menu. We lost a lot of nice local cafes during the pandemic and in the meantime bland sellers of c**p like this continue to spoon out garbage. I am the worst type of person for helping to fund this!

Frist time ordering from Guzman Y Gomez in East land, I was a bit disappointed, because it was my first time receiving burn chicken that taste like charcoal, the frise in the burrito were a bit soggy and cold, but other then that good customer service

Always love the good taste of delicious Mexican food. Guzman y Gomez is my favorite fast food and I would highly their food recommend to anybody. The freshness of all the vegetables and the relatively high quality meat (for fast food) makes for a good snack or meal. Eastland's Guzman y Gomez is sometimes a bit slow with their service but apart from this it's fantastic.

Very basic, no chicken, no beans or flavour in my burrito! Pure plain rice! Not happy do not recommend heading in for a couple of weeks

The amount of times I've ordered delivery from here and it's been Stone cold when it gets here especially when I live across the road from Eastland also made a order at 10: 30 and it takes and hour to get here thought it was sussposed to be fast food? Would rather order from mcdonalds and save my money if I know it's gonna be cold

This is the last time I will shop here. This is a mushroom meat taco. Pity there is almost nothing in it. Pretty standard with this guzman y Gomez with everything I buy from bowls to burrito, everything is stingy, proportions are off and put together without a care.
