I keep going in despite the horrible customer service. But today I was left standing there for several minutes while all the staff ignored me and talked amongst themselves. Then a young Aussie guy ignored me further and served someone who came into the restaurant after me.

Am I invisible? I'm so sick of the horrible rude attitudes there. And I don't plan on going back.

Update: I also made the mistake of contacting their customer service/head office as suggested by the response to my review. What a mistake! A staff member named Sally sent me a bizarre and problematic email, asking me to "explain " how being ignored by staff who also served someone else instead of me "was being rude". What? It's called common courtesy. So why do I need to explain this? So bizarre!

I also sent a screen shot for the order with the order number and collection time. Which anyone could easily take as a reference for when I was in the restaurant. But apparently not Sally. Instead she asked me yet again what time I was in the restaurant. What was she after- the exact millisecond I was there? Honestly the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is appalling.

There are many amazing restaurants in the local area. With wonderful staff who value our custom. There's no need to subject yourself to disgraceful behaviour. This restaurant doesn't deserve any business!

I was very craving today to get one of their bowls with slow cooked beef. I came around 2.10pm. Came out very disappointed with the service one lady provided at registrar. She was so rude and her attitude just ruined my mood for the whole day. I can’t understand why would managers hire this kind of person especially for the very important role? And secondly the food was not assembled right. For some reason my bowl was juicy (probably juice of the bean, Coz I ordered extra beans). The meat was not pulled properly. And the amount of veggies that I supposed to get was not right. The worst mexican food experience, will never come back.

I tried Nachos a few days ago. Super stingy on guacamole, no cream for the price they charge. I went back and found out that its extra to pay. I like Mexican food, keep going to this place due to proximity.not anymore!

Honestly one of the worst Mexican places I’ve ever tried. Thinking that after a year since I’ve used their services they’ll change their attention to some things. They didn’t. I ordered from them today, a veggie burrito quite nice but the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. Super overpriced. Not happy.

No freshness here. Tried contacting GYG customer support team, had a response on Facebook now nothing since then.very poor

Truly the worst burrito salad I've ever had. Wilted lettuce, off cuts of cooked vegetables (no guac either). I'm surprised this didn't come with beans.

The veggies on the salad, carrots and cucumber, we're dry and really big pieces. Like way too big to eat.

Seriously nothing impressive about this meal. Just disappointing and disgusting.

Staff stuffed up my order multiple times, I had only ordered a singular item and there was only 2 other customers. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Would not recommend, the staff is slow, service is poor and they are clearly inattentive.

Chicken was burnt to almost charcoal state. Amount of extra sour cream so minimal, as though it’s most expensive substance out of there. Quality of food getting progressively worse over last couple of years. Disappointing.

Very yummy food and friendly staff! Their bench seats are flat on the bottom which would be easy to clean, but not very comfortable. Bench cushions the same as the back rests would still be easy to wipe down and much nicer to sit on.

Asked for no beans, but got beans in my burrito. Went back again, but the same thing happened again. Taste wise, It's either ok, or not so much.

Staffs are so rude, they simply chit chat among themselves and dont bother a customer waiting near the till to order some thing. If been questioned they reply too rudely.very verh very bad customer service.

The worst Guzman y Gomez store. Frustrating staff don’t ever expect your order on time and no balance of making the orders. I ordered my food online and I got entire cold and spoiled food.
I recommend to never make order in this restaurant.

Burn chicken and hard avocado. Worse mexican food I've ever had. I left half of the portion untouched. Not recommended.

Great if on a diet as meals are kid sized and overpriced often messy tables present not somewhere for a date night or romantic meal

Had Nachos which was served with cold chicken. Staff members lack any energy. Pay 5-7$ extra for making it a meal. Ordinary experience

Delicious food always, sometimes the quantity differs in a naked burrito bowl that I usually order.
