PLEASE fIX THE SMOKE EXTRACTOR SYSTEM.
Nothing wrong with the food, or service but, this is unacceptable.
Often there's so much smog inside that you need to take a shower after you've been there.
I'm sorry for the staff working in there.
It's even a problem when you walk on the street.
I've never seen a smog conduct so bad.

Copy and pasting Dom’s review I agree the poor staff having to work in that environment all the time when I can’t stand it for 10 mins waiting for my food I go out of there stinking everytime you can’t breathe properly.

This is the second time I’m ordering shredded mushroom burrito and one of them had no mushroom, just rice and beans! I paid extra for lettuce too but again no lettuce in the burrito! Service is basically terrible! I waited 25 minutes for my order while it was supposed to be ready in less than 10min! Don’t bother to place your order through the app!

Great location. The interior design is brilliant with obvious Mexican/Spanish touches. Lovely staff. Great recipes

I usually love Guzman and I always go get tacos the one at Ampol punt road is always impressed me but not in south Yarra.
Look at the pictures i don’t know if this represents is food for human?

Went there after work had the rice and chicken were amazing I'm going back there again for it + this time I'm going to get a burrito and tacos homes

Dined in couple of days ago. When my nachos was served it was cold, as in the chicken meat which is normally hot, was cold like it had been sitting around on a bench for a while. Still trying to understand how this happened while dining in. Also TO MANAGAMENT: YOU HAVE A BROKEN FLOOR TILE AT THE FRONT DOOR. I went for a little wobble but someone is going to do a face plant out of your door if you do not fix this ASAP. Feeling let down buy this usually awesome chain.

I went here a few times for a veggie burrito, and the last two times they were just not good (no veggies at all, just rice and onion) 2 days ago I decided to give it another chance and I ordered the veggie bowl instead. Disappointed again, it was just rice, black beans and guacamole, no veggies again.
Maybe you guys should change the name of "veggie burrito" or "veggie bowl".
Also, the place is full of flies which was disgusting.

Terrible restaurant, I asked for free water which I was refused until I asked again and I purchased extra chicken which I only received 5 pieces of chicken which is absolutely ridiculous zzz

Worst place to eat. Food is good but place is very hot. It was really hard there to eat in 33 degrees hear without air conditioning. Don’t visit during hot day

Great customer service, energetic Staff was very kind and understanding, They listened to my concern about my chances in the bowl and changed it for me. Wait time is less and quick service Even I was at door around 8: 58 pm on Thursday still they take my order that was appreciate. Delicious and healthy Mexican food options available here.

I ordered from dilivero and everything came wrong! The only reason I ordered breakfast was for the coffee with it but instead i get orange juice?

I am making my review based on my experience on 27.08.2021 Time: 2115.

I was completely frustrated when I ordered before 2 hours, i left my job to pick up my order.
When i was there, it was 2114. Stuff members said it will takes 5 more minutes.
I saw people came after me and they have been served. But i was the only person who received the order at 2135.

That was a long wait for a mini bowl. Absolutely bad customer service and managing.

At least they could advise people if order takes that long. No need to keep customer waiting like that.

Have been to this Guzman plenty of times and if you’re a local pick this venue over the venue on Punt Road. They do not follow food safety orders at Punt Road

You forgot our chips our order was 290 Friday 23 July. We have been trying to call to get our chips and you won't pick up the phone

The stupidity of Covid Virtual Signalling Part 26.1: wouldn’t you have already been washing hands and changing gloves for hygiene in the year’s before Covid? After breaks of any kind or after clearing tables? Basic health practices in a food store. 2: Increased sanitation of guest areas? Oh you mean like wiping tables when clearing them and cleaning the toilet more than one a week like again you should be doing as a regular practice?
3: Ummm you mean you let sick staff come to work with flu’s and colds before Covid? Okaaaaay.
Otherwise the food is great but these sort of signalling is funny as hell as if food places have just discovered the health regulations.

Overpriced, nachos were soggy (eaten immediately after serving), serving size of chips miniscule. Complete waste of time and money - specially considering it's surrounded by better food at cheaper prices. Never returning.

Very quick and efficient service. We ordered 4 burritos and chips and they were delicious as always. I like a lot GG. We ordered as well churros and dulce de leche very yummy

What can I say? The food is amazing and affordable, there is always a table to sit at and great service and it's easily accessible by Tram 58 off Toorak Road, or by taking a train to South Yarra Station. I highly recommend the barramundi burrito, or churros with dulce de leche to dip them in.but it's all great compared to other Mexican fast food chains!
