Normally I'm quite happy with my order via uber eats but today I was left really disappointed. I ordered the burrito bowl and when it arrived, the portion was much smaller than usual and the rice was very dry and probably was cold before they put the meat on. I ordered the veggies with guac and an extra serve of guac but I got the smallest scoop of guacamole which means that i didn't get what I paid for. Very disappointing.

30 minutes for 2 regular Burrito meals.

Who would have thought that 5 months later things are no different.
$95 worth of food to get 1 of 5 meals right.
All regular meals ordered and 4 received as small meals.
Back for another 20 minute trip back to try and sort this one out.
I thought McDonald's drive through was bad but this place has the worst service of any take away i have ever had.

Couldn't edit a filling in the app so called ahead (specifically chose this store for the drive through), but the phone kept going to a voicemail. Arrived at the store to find drive through blocked off. Managed to get through to the store by calling the Foodary who passed me through. Was told that they had no gas, so couldn't cook. Not their fault but unfortunately the app was still taking orders. Next time please answer the phone. Would save everyone a lot of time.

Edit: returned a few days later, gas working, app was pretty easy to use and staff at drive through were very helpful. Food could've been hotter. Great to have a drive through takeaway option that isn't burgers. No plastic would be good.

Bad service. Gave me the wrong order. Been waiting on their drive thru lane and I was told he doesnt serve that lane. Wth.

Some staff were a bit unprofessional, but food was ok. Been 4 times about half the time great food the other half only ok. But no other gyg on the west side so yeah have to deal till then.

I come here often but really not satisfied with my last order. Girl at the front could barely understand me and forgot to add my extras, didn't even ask me the spice level as well. As a result my bowl was just dry and there was barely any tomato. This could seriously be fixed if they just got SOP procedure right and did not rush. The place is just very inconsistent and does not compare to the locations in emporium, Elizabeth street and Fountain Gate.

HI We ordered takeaway from the drive through yesterday quiet disappointed as no cutlery no serviettes were given. We ordered small nachos with guacamole only and was charged for Nachos with meat full price not sure why. Thanks

The service was great! I took time to find the order in place, because it was located in the servo. There's no seating available!

I am ordering 5 days a week from this store and i am telling you guys that staff is under trained or not trained at all.contacted them through app regarding my concerns but to no results.

I’m a regular customer and am always happy with the customer service sometimes can be a little slow receiving food but worth the wait thanks to the girl with the red hair always polite

Got the pork burrito and my friend got the chicken.both had under-cooked meats and rice.disgusting experience. Never again

Front counter staff are always daydreaming, Can never get an order right.

I ordered 2 x mild veggie burrito bowls with chimi mayo instead of cheese.

We recieved 2 x scrambled egg breakfast burrutos, when we took them back and politely explained the mixup their wasn't even an apology or explanation offered, Seemed like we were interrupting their conversation.

Best burritos money can buy.
In store or on Ubereats, they never get my order wrong, it's always hot and fresh, can't ask for anything more

Service is good and the food is always so yummy and fresh. But they are a little heavy on the beans. Personally I don't mind so my wife just gives the excess to me. While it's a little pricey, it is always a good feed.

Possibly one of worst eateries I've had the displeasure of ordering from. No one answers the phone … EVER.
On public holidays don't even bother, sometimes they are open, sometimes they aren't.
I've tried ordering for 10 people (online) only to have my order rejected (closed I assume). Today it's a public holiday but no is answering the phone, are they open or aren't they? Personally I wont be doing an online order to find if it gets rejected or not.

Order food with 2 meals nachos there is no avocado sauce and when i tried to call them says cant leave messages what a rip off.

I've come here multiple times and in all occasions I was never disappointed by the food or staff.

Prompt and friendly service. Food was tasty but the rice was grainy from being undercooked. Also the meat was gathered more to the end of our burritos rather than evenly spread through out. Just over $100 successfully fed a family of 5,2 adults and 3 children under 10 with leftovers.

If you order than just keep waiting there on them, and they’ll keep ignoring customers. I would give. 0 star, if it would be an option.
