I cannot believe i just waited over 30 mins for an online order pick up. I arrived right on my pick up time. I checked the food when i got home and it was stone cold. There was only 2 cars ahead of me in the queue. I can't understand how incompetent a place can be and how little they value there customers. This is not the first time I've received such bad customer service from this place but thought I would give them another chance. Waste of time. I would not recommend this place

Woefully disappointing. First they forgot to put the fries in the bag so had to drive back for them. Only then to be served old chrivelled room temp fries. The taco filling (beef) was ice cold and the cali burrito was cold and soggy.

The staff is a bit rude … their clothes are filthy af… always take 15 mnts extra to prepare the order … Everytime I picked a burrito bowl, there’s like no cutlery in the bag. How am I supposed to eat that…
I always have to remind them to add cutlery…
They couldn’t have been more efficient if staff is not busy chitchatting.

Worst service.

I'm sitting in my car right now, waiting well over 15mins already with a ton of cars in front of me and km watching three staff members standing around using their phones, playing with their hair, chatting with each other.get in to kitchen and cook or something?

If I could rate this sorry excuse of a Mexican takeaway joint a 0, I would. Unfortunately, I can’t so it’s getting a 1. The staff that worked on Friday night 07/01/2021 were rude, judgemental and highly unprofessional. Maybe if they made my order right the first time, I wouldn’t of had to go back and fourth 4 times. I would rather eat garbage than go back here. My burrito was made with LITERALLY no filling (I wish I took a photo), they forgot to put a bunch of ingredients. When I went back to ask about it, I could hear them talking about me behind the counter. Lucky for me, I couldn’t care less about what they say. I was just wanting to get my $60 worth of food from a burrito, corn chips and guacamole.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Orders are wrong, 1/2 your order gets left out, order a taco and search for your one piece of meat, almost zero cheese. This is a pathetic excuse for a takeaway and you should avoid wasting your money here.

Burritos were tasty, but not much in them except chicken, beans and rice? Every extra flavour cost more and more money, which was a little dissapointing.

Was really disappointed in the food. Waited a long time in drive thru, which I didn’t mind, but the food was not worth the wait. I ordered a spicy burrito and paid extra for pulled pork. Received flavourless chunks of pork (not pulled) with no sauce and minimal toppings - burrito was mostly filled with rice and beans.

Worst service ever. Food takes 30mins+ if you order in store and if you order on drive thru, they'll completely mess up your order or hand out the wrong food. It sucks because I love the food and get GYG weekly but the service here is unbearable. There's so many people working here at once and yet they somehow screw up my order every single time.

Long wait time in the drive through compared to the other GYG drivethroughs. Food was delicious and well made. If you are hanging around the airport area this is a good restaurant to grab some food.

Very popular at peak times and waits are long. The only advantage over GyG Highpoint is that parking is available. Order on your favourite delivery app early and enjoy thecfood without the wait

I just came come after pick-up my food.
Very bad experience rice are uncooked, Fries are not fresh.looks staff was untrained and very unorganized.
I waited thr about 45min for my order and spend $50 on my food.
Completely wastage of money bcoz we throw all good as it was not eatable.
I'll suggest everyone think before you going to this place.
I didn't want to give even one star. Worst experience ever.

Soggy burrito and the large fries we ordered is so small, no sauce too which is we paid. We paid $17 and it's not worth of money.

Thanks Tullamarine GYG team I seized a burrito instead. So upbeat even though we came in 10 mins before closing time! On point 5/5 times I've been.

Bland. Had pulled pork burrito; did not mind the price, the flavour however, was disappointing. Most of the crew not wearing mask properly.

I ordered three burrito bowls and they forgot to make the chicken one. I went back around the drive thru and spoke to the person at the payment window. They asked me to hand them my receipt so they could make the third bowl correctly. I expected that I would grab it at the pick up window but they came back after what seemed like a minute with a takeaway box covered with sauce. Regrettably I didn’t open the box to check it until I got home. The burrito bowl was half filled and they didn’t add the guac (which I paid extra for) nor did they add the coriander, tomatillo, or sauce. As for the pork burrito bowl - the meat was dry and unseasoned.

Wow what a disappointment of a meal I traveled 30mins to try out the food I give it a rate 1/10 don’t waste your time coming here you will be disappointed with the meal!

This is the third time i’ve ordered a burrito bowel with ex guacamole and all three times i never got an extra guacamole even though i paid for it

Just spent nearly $12 on a below average burrito. I’ve literally made better myself. Staff were rude and rushed the service, little product knowledge and customer care, as I asked for a vegan burrito and they continued to ask me if I wanted cheese. Too forever to be served and get my food, and there was no one in the drive thru. Wow, just wow.

I drive 40 minutes from the Macedon ranges area to eat this. Have always been a good experience. That’s why I keep coming, after lockdown we’ve been craving to come. But what a disappointment. Tortillas were stale, meat was slimy. $54 wasted on the meals. Nothing was fresh at all. McDonald’s on the way home
