GYG best fast food in town very healthy love the $3 Taco there my favourite go to item when I buy from GYG

Went to GYG Tuesday 11. April night for dinner. Had the BEST nacho fries I've ever had at a GYG, it was absolutely incredible. My partner really enjoyed his meal as well! The team were super lovely, friendly and fun.

Always have a good experience and good food at GYG tulla, the team are always extra friendly and display superb customer service.

First time trying this and I was very happy with the results. It didn't look as big as I thought it was going to be but to be honest if it was any bigger i would have struggled to eat it all. I would definitely have again

I'm local so I purchase from here atleast once a month but whether I order online or go in store 90% of the time the order is wrong or I'm missing items. Wait times are usually long as well. Food is great though.

Always great service and food when I stop by for breakfast, the people that work there are all really cool

You can’t get what you want.you order and whatever they feel like making they give you, the whole staff should be fired disgraceful

My son orders a lot via Uber Eats and every single time I agree to give it another go my order is wrong. Every single time! This time I ordered the dip and corn chips and I get the dip and I guess am expected to eat it with my fingers cause there’s not corn chips! AGAIN! Quality control is a major problem and clearly no one checks the order before it goes out. This happens every time so it’s clearly a problem that needs to be sorted! Thank god UberEats refunds but I don’t order with the expectation of getting a refund, I order because I want to eat your food! Do better guys!

Most of the time, most staff are just grumpy. They act as if they are giving customers free food lol. Compared to Tulla, Croydon GYG is way better.

This place is always missing items when I order through Uber Eats. I guess it’s my own fault for continually ordering from here. Food is always good, that is, when they actually put it in the bag before it leaves the store…

Got better chances winning the lotto than getting a complete order.

The food is good and healthy at amazing value for what it is. This particular restaurant doesn't have the best atmosphere as it is at a service station but works well for takeaway

I waited 15 minutes for my order through drive through.
In the end I get my order and the 2 Cali burritos I ordered are different sizes. One was smaller then the other.

I got delivered someone else's order last night. Not happy and the person who didn't get their order. Not happy too possibly. Perhaps don't use menulog

The worst service i’ve ever experienced at any guzman store, was waiting 15 minutes for my order to be taken and staff were just standing around gossiping, looked at me several times when i was waiting and continued to ignore me.one of the girls proceeded to come up to the register to put through her own staff meal and then walked away.when my order was finally taken the staff member taking my order was laughing and being so disrespectful.not my first poor experience here either!

Worst costumer service ever waited in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes to get stale corn chips with my nachos and the smallest bit of guacamole on one side of the nachos. Tried calling the store 2 times because cant be bother waiting another 20 or so minutes in drive thru to have my call either not answered or answered they hear me speak then hang up straight away. Wont be going back

I couldn't believe how busy this place was.but my order was prepared in a timely manner.
Food was nice for the price point.

If I could give zero stars I would.absolutely shocking experience from this restaurant.they forgot my order and when they finally made it everything was off.
DONT GO HERE.

47mins for a drive through order, paid for extra meat got less than the standard amount, got offered the wrong meal several times at both windows and then got cold fries.

Was served by a lovely lady named Benita! She was so incredibly wonderful and patient when taking my order. I also received my order for two within 5 minutes which was great!

Sadly I probably won’t be going back to this location. Very slow service and it seems the kitchen didn’t really have a fluent production line with lots of confusion between the staff. Then after waiting over 20 minutes, my burrito was missing the mex chimi mayo and the guacamole so it was quite dry. I don’t like to give a bad review with a low score but it’s the truth.
