72The quality of this restaurant has decrease significantly, I had nachos and it was poor of nachos, they taste like burnt and also the pork was too salty, no enough cheese like before.
AVOID SWANSTON SHOP
I really like Guzman Y Gomez burrito’s. I bought the Spicy Steak Burrito A few mins back and was neither spicy nor tasty.
Not sure what went wrong.
Very very disappointed.
Will search for a better Guzman shop next time.

Burrito bowl was ok. I prefer more veggies than rice. Less quantity compared to price. Hardly any crowd on busy black Friday when most other restaurants were near full
Hi my nickname is turbo/lobster
The boi at the counter said “NO” when i asked to switch out the rice with glock and i asked why and he didnt say that it will cost more even thou i didnt care about the price, the way he said it was rude as. And i ordered 2 burritos and only got one and paid $40 all together for the meal.
I'm really disappointed of this restaurant. Today I bought some nachos and if I got 10 nachos were many. The position was very pour and, I couldn't complete because I asked for a take away but I don't want to go back to this place anymore. At the beginning was very nice but now it's a very bad place. I spent 13$ and I feel like a just throw the money out.
Last time we bought Nachos but the ingredients was expired and smell not good, you have to check your ingredients in stock before sell the customer!
Ordered pulled pork burrito bowl and they forgot my order. It was around 9pm and stall was busy due to all the online orders. Overall food bad. But not great either! Good and authetic mexican food for price? I doubt so.
Mexican very fast, very good food. Service is quicker than your thoughts, taste is beyond compare. Customisation is the key: find your perfect match!
Went last Sunday with a friend and we got poisoned with burritos. I will never go back to that hole! NEVER!
Food is similar to other GYG branches. Service fluctuates. Sometimes, I get good service but a few times they've charged me extra (despite me bringing this to their attention, had to email to get my change back) or forgetting some parts of my order. Otherwise, the wait isn't long. Maximum that I've had to wait is about 10 minutes. There's usually seats available and toilet is also available for customers.
Apart from missing a water bottle everything was delicious, and delivered after 1am. We had uber eats delivered and still hot.
