I’ve been to two Guzman stores, one near Geelong, one on Swanston Street. The music was so loud, the person serving me had to ask twice what me and my kid had asked for. She couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear her. The foods alright, but the music volume is way over the top. They also gave me a small guacamole when I’d paid for a large.i said to the employee ‘is this a small guacamole? ’ She replied ‘what. ’ She couldn’t hear me either.

The guy thinked that I did not know anything about mexican food. Tacos without meat. And mix with 5 nachos exactly. $30 australian dollars wasted. I will never go back there.

Food was only alright, got a burrito with no extras, all the meat was packed onto one end, asked for a brown rice he said it comes with rice got white rice, asked for it to be spicy and there was no heat whatsoever. The place was very messy when I sat down. Won't be returning.

I have my cali tender burrito, and $3taco at 4 am is the best thing ever. Got highly recommended by the manager that i forgot his name. Amazing guy. A bit slow on service as a lot of club goers just finished clubbing and come in for food. But the food is soul food. Never doubt every weekend is going to be repeat same routine. Amazing

Not a review just a question. Can you guys do reservations? Looking to have my sons 8th birthday party here:)

My pre-Covid rating would have been 5 star.

I really enjoy the texture of the flour tortillias, they are super chewy and stretchy. The meat is flavorful, but not super plentiful. The beans are well cooked and not mealy tasting, but the rice is a little over usually.

I love their quesadilla. Not too expensive. Such a good place for hangout with friends. If you love Mexican food. It's a good place.

I visit this place at 27/11 around lunch time, saw a few staff at the front counter chatting but I’ve waited for my order for more than 10mins. They need to train their staff properly. Can tell the management here is poor.

Worest branch for Guzman. Food is not fresh, chicken are burned and has so much fat instead of meat. Stuffs do not follow the instructions.

Friendly staff, clean, but $5 for a handful of chips, felt like I was ripped off. When I asked they said that's it. I won't be going back.

Always tastes great. Only problem is, when they are a bit busy the quality control goes out the window. I frequently get broken/half empty tacos and undersized burritos, not filling at all. Best to avoid during lunchtime and dinner time rush.

Food was not cooked properly and was freezing cold when it arrived and was delivered by a push bike. Will not be ordering again

Had a great cashier- Gabe was his name according to manager. Gabe was an absolute legend, double checked the changes we wanted to accomodate our dietary requirements, made sure he got it right, was super friendly, 10/10 customer service! Was notably so good and friendly that we felt compelled to leave a review. Staff was also pumping out food quickly despite being under the Saturday night pump- well done to everyone else too:)

I work around the corner. On my break I dropped in to order dinner as I got great recommendations from colleagues. I ordered a chicken burritto bowl with a bottle of water and 3 soft tacos. I paid cash. They told me they didn't have change but they would give it to me when my food was ready. After a wait they gave me a bag of food. I asked for my $25 change and got confused looks and had to explain myself again. They got my change for me. I took a couple of steps and realised they didn't give me the bottle of water. They apologised and I went back to work to eat in the staff room. As I was eating I realised they had given me hard shell tacos instead of soft tacos. I enjoyed the food but the service needs some attention.

Julia is the best! So friendly so sweet love the 6am guzzi vibes ️️️ You’re lucky to have an angel like her working there!

This evening I had an awkward moment. My friend helped to pay my order and we can't dine in due to covid. So we dined in Melbourne Central. I checked the bag and there was no fork or spoon added. I asked one Asian lady at the Asian takeaway and she refused to give me a fork or spoon because I had to order Chinese meal with a paid fork and spoon. So I walked back to my Guzzies bowl and use Corn chips as survival kit. Also there was no bottle opener, so I had to use a table to release the cap and it flew up to the ceiling. Lucky it didn't hit somebody.

Great Guzzies, finally finished my meal. This is my third time I didn't get fork.

I give 4 out of 5 for a missing fork or spoon. I wouldn't give 3 out of 5, because I managed to open the bottle of soda and no accident.

I had an issue with my order. However, the way the lovely, friendly manager handled, it was so pleasant on a busy Friday night around 11pm. I was impressed the way they care for their customers. Big Fan of the food and the people work here. Always GYG would be a go to place:)

The Ddrink i wanted was out of stock so i grabbed the one in the front thats not refrigerated and the first thing he said was i can give you a cup with ice, for me i was pleasantly surprised and his out of the box thinking was great
