Very poor service. I placed a breakfast burrito order. I didn't get my order as they throw my order coz I was late. I paid for it from the app. No money was refunded, no alternative were offered. Instead treated my very rudely. I was left starving and manager walked away.
Manager name was San Tiago. He should learn to talk with respect and be professional at work.

This branch needs new employees. Ive never received completed order. They are always missing items.

This branch is a joke. Bought a burrito bowl with chips and med drink combo, order arrived with no drink no chips. In addition, extra Jalapenos missing, extra serving of chicken missing, chimi mex mayo, missing. Out of 4 extra items on top of the standard bowl, all 4 were missing. Honestly, the order comes with a giant list that is hard to miss, and above all the price tag at the bottom surely gives it away that hey, maybe this isn't the base item of $13, the 3 and the 1 is flipped around. I mean 0/4 this is beyond a failure, this is an abomination. I really wish I can give you guys a 0

Good place for a late night snack. Fast service, even when busy, and their burritos always hit the spot

First time in my life I tried Mexican veg Nachos it was yum and delicious. It was filled with avocado and tomatoes & veggies. Wonderful

Worst branch of an amazing chain.love Guzman and Gomez but decided I will no longer order from this store as every time I do they mess up my order! Today I order 2x burrito meals and received only 1 burrito, 2 chips and no drinks so I reordered my one burrito and the two drinks and received 1 drink and some tacos! Such terrible service, it’s like they don’t check what goes in the bag they just chuck in anything! Most frustrating thing is I’m vegetarian so the beef tacos they sent I can’t even eat. Last time I ordered a veggie burrito and it was labelled vegetarian but was chicken when I bit into it! So disappointing- sort it out Guzman and Gomez!

This might just be temporary due to the current lockdown in Melbourne, but when I ordered a chicken burrito recently, I wasn't asked what fillings I wanted at all, and when I opened it to eat, I found that it was about 80% plain white rice, some beans, a bit of chicken and tomato salsa. No cheese, no salad of any kind. Seemed a bit bland and a bit stingy. Like I said, maybe they're cutting corners to stay profitable given low customer numbers, but I was a bit unimpressed.

I wish I could give 0 as rating today I ordered takeaway nachos fries and i was very clear that i would like chicken filling and spicy in flavour but i got pork as filling in mild flavour i am really disappointed because I don’t eat pork at all i even hate that smell of pork. I am never going back again.

I've been here hundreds of times. Super reliable and consistent, fast but friendly service considering how busy they always seem to be.

I am super annoyed! I bought a enchilada which bring a blonde/white hair inside! My hair is long and black so of course it is not mine, and it was inside the enchilada!

There is some sort of device outside that makes a painfully loud extremely high pitched chirp that only people with good hearing can hear. I kid not when I say it literally physically hurts to be within 5 meters of the place.

Today I received a fantastic service from Lira. Best employee of guzman y gomez i have ever met. Food was delicious and her nature is also very nice and friendly.

This branch needs better quality control. 2 out of my 3 tacos were empty at the bottom. Pretty much got to eat just taco shells and leaves.

I ate there on the 9th of july, and found the customer service is horrible.more specially, Nicholas with the long hair.he rolled his eyes at me multiple times and was just plain rude.everyone that works there looks like they hate their jobs.anyways food was good lol.

GYG is my only go to fast food restaurant for its green packaging yummy foodhealthy selections and fair prices This branch on Swanston Street is my favourite GYG location now, because they got the most lovely and helpful staffin all GYG!

2 times I closed door but worker come and open it and look me like I did wrong thing. Weather was very cold today. Before I was very happy have a dinner there. But now they service is change

Had my lunch here today and the service was terrible. I ordered pulled pork quesadilla and it came out chicken. And the salsa station? Used to be self service but now it took ten minutes for any staff to bring them out to me and it was after several exclamations standing there waiting.

I don't know whey anyone wants to eat there. This was my first time in this chain of restaurants. Food is horrible and cold. The spicy pulled beef I ordered was not spicy and hardly had any spice on it, and there was hardly any beef there. The same was for the spicy chicken bowl we ordered. The kids asked for barritos which was just lattice. The girl on the counter was not friendly at all. It was really a horrible experience. We had to go to the Chinese few door away and have some decent food. Never go there again.

Come at the early morning & expect piles of rubbish on the floor, table & chairs not being paid attention to, staffs don’t care about the fact that customers are eating their food while being surrounded by rubbish everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. Where’s the food hygiene & safety measures? Non existent. Wouldn’t recommend eating here, take-away is the bare minimum for this joint if you’re coming in.

Nice front of house staff. Average food. Portion can be bigger. Im sorry but I need to update my review about the hygienes of this place. I hope the restaurant take this serious. Plenty of staff in the kitchen and counter but the front house were so messy and dirty. At least assign someone to keep the front house clean. Never thought this will happen in first world country.
