Shopping at Gucci Chadstone is a splendid experience. The quality of products is amazing and the level of quality extends to the attitude of all the staff. The staff are welcoming and helpful, their product knowledge is without equal in retail. I bought a beautiful ring and enjoyed a complimentary sparkling water. The promise of good product warranty and after sales service is yet to be tested, but given my experience in store, I expect they will do amazing if any issues arise.

I was shopping with my mum today and was trying to get ideas of what to buy her for Mother’s Day and all I can say is WOW to describe our experience in store. This was mainly thanks to Amy who offered us world class customer service which was professional, informative and fun! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back soon! Keep up the amazing work Amy!

Honestly, staff from Kookai are more professional than Gucci sales, I feel only Gucci Chadstone hire part time students working there.

Bad customer service and misleads customers. I bought a watch and did not work the day I got it. Sent it for repair, still didn't work. Gucci refused to give me a refund, saying "it's not their policy to do so", even spoke to the manager who was rude and refused the refund. In the end, had to make a VCAT claim just to get my money back.

If I could give Gucci Chadstone a 0 I would. 0 for selling me a structured bag that flopped on one side only within few months of use and a 0 for the 8 weeks they have had my bag sitting in their shop for “repairs” and then telling me it’s “wear and tear”. No they didn’t send it to Italy for review, rather they sent a photo which took 8 weeks for someone to decide there is nothing wrong with an uneven looking bag! Disappointed beyond belief. Save your money and go to a company who cares and offers customer service.

Super helpful staff and exceptional customer service. Always a wonderful experience in this store. Well done to Management for hiring and training staff so well. BRAVO!

Amazing store is very good has a lot of stock. I have the best sales associate 2 times those two where very good. This is a great store!

Both my sister and I were served by a lovely lady named Narzia/ Lazia (it was loud and we didn’t catch the correct pronunciation) she was so kind a treated us very nice even provided us with Coca Cola and cookies! I would 100% recommend going to this store, you will not be disappointed ️

This was a somewhat ridiculous and crazy experience. Being the only person in the que and still being forced to wait 20 minutes! This is ridiculous considering you had 11 people working and no one able to serve me. About 7 of the staff is literally walking around, writing something on paper or just cleaning! If you claim you have 11 people working then surely at least 2 people could come up and serve me! Upon me entering, the staff seemed a bit too Layed back and not really determined to sell. This is extremely disappointing when you compare this gucci store to other stores around the world, all the other gucci stores I’ve been into never wanted you to que. They only made you que when they really had to unlike Chadstone’s. After purchasing a few items the sales associate spent a ridiculous amount of time getting the item then spending even longer to wrap it up! This Chadstone store has to step up its game if it wants to maintain its reputation.

Pathetic service. Waited 30 mins in line at the CBD store for an item which was damaged, sent me to Chandstone to pick up the same item and they demanded I wait in line again for a simple pick up.

Went there other night lady that served my partner and I was to busy looking at her nails then when I asked for a item didn’t bother to look just said they didn’t have it even though said product was available online then had another worker tell me that the online site must be lying to me overall felt the service was rude
And judgemental on my appearance.

Went in to purchase couple sneakers with my husband. Most staffs there looked friendly, the lady who serviced us was pleasant with me, but tend to be in a rush and a bit of attitude towards my hubby. It really puts him off as the first Gucci store experience. He didn't even get his sneakers in the end. Any help

I loved the brand and we have some shoe and sleeper collections. Gucci in Chadstone needs to put more sales consultant on the weekend to save a lot of time for buyers. You can simply waste 1 hour on the queue. I suggest the shop should have an express lane for vip buyers.

I went to both LV and Gucci in Chadstone today and bought items in both store. Comparing with LV's polite service, Gucci's seemed to be in a rush, you just can't feel you are in a luxury store.

Went in there with my friend to buy new shoes. The line was not long which was a bonus. However the lady in the shop was very rude and treated us like scum. Walked out buying nothing. Very disappointed!

What a delightful shopping experience, I love Gucci! I was struggled to choose a purse for my morther, fortunately thanks the staff wenlong, he solved the promblem for me! His professionalism and wonderful fashion taste is very helpful to the customer.

Had to line up for while to get in. Security was a little rude though and told us that there were too many people in the line. However the staff inside the actual store were very nice and attentive. Very helpful and didn’t rush us to make a decision. Finally a luxury brand with service worth the price tag

️Boy has the customer service come a long way. 2 years ago I had such a terrible experience I vowed to never come back. Im glad I did come back however. The staff are friendly, patient and happy to help with any questions. They no longer pick and chose who they serve, and are quite pleasant.

There are long lineup times, however it worth it as you get premium customer service instead of walking around looking for someone to help you.
