I highly recommend Haze - she made my entire shopping experience really enjoyable. I was very pleased with the level of service she provided. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the selection process with genuine care. She is definitely the most patient sales advisor.

Lilly was the best, this was my first time coming to Gucci she was very professional, allowing me to see multiple bags, wallets and helped me compare different styles which allowed me to pick the best one for my girlfriend.
Thanks Lilly when I come back I’ll be asking for you to take care of my next purchase!

I went in with a pair of shoes in mind, and was assisted by Josh. Josh was incredibly helpful and patient (despite me seemingly wanting to try every size possible on). He didn't try and sell me something, or do the typical "wow, that looks so amazing on you" - and he even said he didn't think certain sizes were right for me, even though it meant he had to go grab another pair (multiple times). I genuinely felt like he wanted me to have the best experience possible, even when he probably could have sold me the first pair I tried on and I would've been happy. I went away and thought about it, which he had no problem with - still no pressure, and when I got back in contact with him, communication was easy and quick, and he organised to have the shoes ready and waiting for me the next time I was able to get in store.
I picked up the shoes, and wore them that night, only to realise as I was packing them away that they had a defect - a nail was missing out of the sole. I took them back to the store the next day, and while I couldn't imagine 3-4 hours of mostly sitting and some walking would pull a nail out, I definitely didn't notice it missing prior to wearing them, and wasn't sure how a warranty would go given that I'd worn them.
I was looked after extremely well by another lady (I'm sorry, I forgot her name), but she listened to the situation, went and had a quick chat to her manager, and came back to tell me that they would warranty the pair - not quite no questions asked, but definitely as close to it as I could ask for, especially given I'd worn them.
I'm very grateful for the treatment from both Josh and the lady that helped me, and to the manager for the decision regarding warranty. I'll definitely be back and would gladly recommend to anyone else.

There is no value for money at this shop watches are made for kids you pay $2000 then you have to pay $97 to fit on your hand

Easy shopping experience, made 10x more enjoyable by the loveliest SA, ask for Karen every time! I definitely recommend her, she’s so kind, patient and genuine, is an amazing conversationalist and doesn’t feel overly pushy for the sale, imo that is the only way to sell anything, not by forcing a product on your customer but listening to their needs and genuinely wanting to help. Thank you Karen for the loveliest service! Will be back soon

The best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Wanted to buy myself a small wallet but not sure which one to get, the staff member was very nice and showed me several wallets. She also offered me and my friend sparkling water. The staff was also very familiar with the products they as she introduced the handbag I was interested in detail and with patient. The wallet is in very good quality as well. I am very satisfied with my experience with Gucci this time, product is in good quality, team members are extremely patient:)

My review is not purely based on gucci Chadstone but the brand itself and the management. I got a Gucci watch as a gift and for an expensive watch the Gucci flagship colours on the band were coming off.
I did personally on a seperate occasion damaged the band which caused other damage. The actual watch face also started to decide to turn its self around.

A after taking it to Gucci Chadstone I was advised after two weeks a 1.2k repair price, the watch was worth 1.6k. Further to this it was all under warranty, I told them I am happy to just have the actual watch repaired as the band I can live with as I contributed to some of the damage. Senior management were supposed to get back to me, I followed up with Ebony as she has great getting back to me, although I am yet to get my watch back or an answer what is going on with it after being over 4-5 weeks.

Disappointing customer service for such a high end expensive brand.

Came in to buy a scarf from here and the SA didn’t even come to show me the scarves. I looked at them myself. I would have appreciated a discussion discussing the different fabrics and the overall wear of each. Nevertheless happy with my purchase not so much the service though….

The staff at Gucci store was rude, ask me to wait outside and pointing at prada store and laughing with another staff with glasses. Bought more than 20-25 products over the years but staff is extremely rude specifically at chadstone

This is the worst luxury shop ever! The so-called "manager" brought us in, left us to wonder and he went to "entertain" his own China clients who supposedly have more spending power? When we went to ask for help, he was not even apologetic. Obviously we left the shop and went to our other favorite brand, LV. If you would like to get a Gucci item, get it from downtown at Collins.

Shocked about the long line on a random Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. We talked with an Asian SA with long hair about size change, and she’s really rude and unfriendly seemed to have a fight. Worst experience in luxury shopping. Won’t come to this shop ever.

It was a very bad experience from the staff and what I believe is the manager,
I bought one of their bags/ products, and the attitude was blue, and not even trying to smile!
And when I asked for a digital copy of the receipt It was whole another experience! He didn't know how issues the digital and his excuse was that the system will not accept to print one if he already printed a paper one!?
So he had to bring, the "manager" who was very rude! Like someone just woke him up from a short sleep! Didn't even say hi!? And when I talked to him he didn't even pay attention!?
Bottom line.
If you had to buy any of their products, DON'T do it from this branch.

Very bad service by the Asian face girl, we have bought more than 5000 dollars from Gucci and the service from her totally change my view, so bad so bad service from this Asian face girl. Will never buy Gucci again from this store anymore
