I Bought a $2300 Watch from Gucci Store 10 months ago for my dad’s birthday and he wore the watch but the problem was we had to loose the wristlet and we went back to Gucci Store.
We asked them if they can adjust the Wristlet but they said they cannot do that cause their machine doesn’t work and they sent us to another store.
They told us if we tell them we are from Gucci they will bot charge us but they took $50 from us just for adjusting a watch. After 9 months we went back to Gucci store cause they was water inside of the Watch and we asked them if they can fix it and they told us its gonna take only 2 Weeks but its been 3 months now that i haven’t received any watch from Gucci. From now on i will never buy any Gucci Products.

Purchased a bag and a wallet in April 2021 last year. All staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Callum pleasantly assisted us with our purchase. 5/5

Definitely one of the worst ‘luxury store’ experience we’ve had. Male S. A that accompanied us in the store was uninterested and clearly full of ego. One of the reasons why i’ve never purchased at gucci and never will.

Yes we had to wait about 20 minutes in line outside on a Tuesday morning when the centre wasn’t even that busy. Don’t know why they have a sign stating 50max when they only let about 18 people into the store. We knew what we wanted, so once inside we went straight to the counter. A few staff walked past us with no acknowledgement, but we only had a 5 minute wait before we were given assistance. The lady was lovely. We showed her an online picture of what we were after and she was able to go and get it from the back room. She offered water and was helpful in finding the correct ring size.

My wife asked for a Gucci handbag for her birthday. I visited the Chadstone store. I was welcomed at the door by a friendly girl who enquired what I was after, I showed her a picture on my phone.she waved an attendant over, explained what I was after and welcomed me into the store. Once inside I was provided with a sparkling water and served in an efficient and professional manor. If your a male this is exactly the service we require. I would highly recommend this store and the staff. I was literally in and out in under five minutes.brilliant.thank you.

Purchase my first ever big gucci Hall from here tonight. And it was the best experience ever, Winnie was an absolute gem, really friendly, very knowledgeable and a good laugh too.

Have a very pleasant time, wasn't rushed and was given the time to look around and just relax which was lovley, and nor did I feel judged at any moment while in there.

Definitely a pleasant experience specially when I was nervous as hell, as it was my first time going Into a luxury store.

Very dissapointed with the service, staff were rude, would say product was good but wasn't even allowed in the store. Go there trying to spend on jewellery but they won't even let you in the store to purchase anything.ridiculous.

I was served by a gentleman named Chang while I was browsing for gift options. Chang was very patient and made some excellent suggestions. I will be purchasing from him again for my next special occasion 5/5

55’ in line to replace a damaged item. The manager barely understood the issue with my item and tried to provide a bandage fix with a thorough clean and when the item got sent to their head office they refused any participation. Disgusting service, disgrace for the company. Will never purchase again switching to a different brand onwards.

Bad service guys, bad service, I know head office won’t care about my experience when visit this store, the clerks just chatting each other all time, they don't care about you, you have to find them for help otherwise they treat you as invisible guy or beggar

Sold me a faulty bag $3000 worth! Attempted to return it they said it has exceeded the 14 day policy so exchange only (exceeded only by 7 days) I shopped around which was nice.up until my balance of over $500 could not be refunded to me! Store credit only. How disappointing.they made me wait for a while I felt like a criminal, felt uncomfortable my attempt to browse around felt awkward by staff so I chose the easy option and sat on the chair waiting for the Manager to issue my $500 store credit. I didn't even receive an apology about the faulty bag purchased! The staff are almost like Robots.no smiles no nothing.

The gentleman who served me was very nice and genuine. Thank you.

Ladies please check over your purchase before you leave the store for loose threads etc.all the best to you Gucci. Train your staff to work like humans!

Came here for christmas shopping and Toby at Chadstone Gucci was a real help and went above and beyond to help me and even went out of his way to polish my ring that i didn’t ask him to do i really appreciated it!

My experience here was really good, Timothy (Tim) was the one who walked me through the product I was looking for. Great conversation and service by him as well. 5/5.

Everyone that works there just ignores you and walks past until you get in their way and have to beg for help. Terrible service. They should all get fired and replaced by real humans not these robots.

Were in the store for quite a while before anyone attended to us. I felt it was a very restricted range of product. Maybe next time it will improve.

Worst designer shop services ever with the sale, I just asked the advise for the size choices, he is so impatience with unbelievable arrogant attitudes. You can't believe such services you can find anywhere in European especially compared with other shops'friendly services just besides them!

I went to the Chadstone store to get a strap repaired, I was expecting to incur a large cost, the manager came and spoke to me and provided the most amazing service I have ever received. He got the strap fixed in a number of minutes and didn't charge us for the service. Absolutely outstanding!

Chaddy store is ok, has less variety of merchandise compared to city store. I was not even offered a drink when I bought a bag there.
