70Don’t bother using Uber Eats to order from. Cannot get a basic 2 burgers and fries correct! $45 to deliver two burgers. Three items ordered 2 arrived and not even hot.
Great burgers and decor, would of been a 5stars if it wasn't for getting up-sold by staff and charged for things I didnt need? I.e 3x sauce with my chips
Great burgers. Have been going to this store for years; service is always terrific and the choice of burgers is second to none. Highly recommend.
Usually good but tonight they stuffed up the order. Also the pickles were all skin & bitter. Not up to normal standards.
I Went there today for a quick meal and I was very surprised at how friendly the staff were. How the team interacted with each other and the customer is a credit to the Management team. The two girls behind the counter were laughing and talking but focused on my burger unlike alot of other places. The male working gave off the perception as manager but also one of the friendliest I've ever come across. The food was amazing, tasty and juicy. WELL DONE GRILLD I WILL BE BACK WITH FRIENDS ;) Please don't change anything.
A port in a storm kind of place ok for a veggie burger with gluton free options but a bit on the expensive side. The chips appear to be pre cooked and a bit soggy.
Grill'd doesn't need to advertise unlike the big 2 because they don't need to try and buy your loyalty. Their burgers speak for themselves, as do the staff. I have always found the burgers to be top notch, and the staff to be friendly, happy and customer focussed.
Burgers were standard for Gill’d. Good location. Reasonable cleanliness. Most recently went there on a busy Friday night. Kitchen was pumping out the burgers for dine in, takeaway and Uber customers. After 30 minutes we enquired about our burgers and after some investigation they realised the order was lost. They were very apologetic and addressed the issue straight away. Good job mending relations with a disappointed customer. Will go again (but will keep the receipt in case order gets lost again on a busy night)
Nice and friendly staff. Offered me a free drink when an uber driver took my order by mistake when I was picking up my order.
