Excellent! Fantastic food, wonderful staff at this location (tended to my toddler when he injured himself), freshly prepared and healthy! Keep up the wonderful work - will be back

Bun and patie both are cold even when you dine in. I can imagine if ita a delivery but not when you dine in.

I recently tried the chicken nuggets cooked in olive oil. Yes, l thought that it would be a healthy option, but they were very greasy.
Also, l used to enjoy their chicken burger with a low carb bun, but l have found more affordable options elsewhere.

Friendly and efficient service. Nice atmosphere. Burger arrived quickly and tasted great. Highly recommended.

Grill’d is my fav burger shop in Melbourne. I tried all the beef burgers in the menu. My fav is Summer Sunset, I love the charred pineapple, juicy and tangy just well balanced the favors. And my second fav is Mighty Melbourne, love the fires egg with runny yolk, so delicious and of course the beetroot. As to side, my fav is the zucchini chips, but sometimes it’s too soggy! And very friendly and helpful staff every time. Go back again and again

For the love of god can someone who works here please clean (or replace) the disgustingly filthy table water bottles.

Many months ago I was horrified to realise after drinking a glass how gross the water bottle was - dirty sedement all over the inside of the glass and in the water; cloudy discoloured water at the bottom. It looked like the inside hadnt been cleaned in years if ever. I told the staff who seemed unsurprised but apologetic and said they'd take care of it.

And now again.same situation. Gross milky water bottle filled with 'bits' of god knows what. They obviously didn't take the memo the first time and the staff just don't care about hygiene.

Missed an item on the order, but corrected the mistake in an efficient and professional manner during peak hours. Appreciate putting in the extra effort

Unprofessional staff. The skinny brunette girl who is apparently new has no idea what she is doing. Left our burgers on the counter for 10 minutes before I finally went up and asked about it and the burgers were cold. Served other people water but did not serve us water. Quite unpleasant experience overall.

11 chips (yes I counted because I was so filthy at the value)

Its been a hot minute since I’ve been to Grill’d because I got sick of paying $20 for a burger.safe to say nothing has changed and it would have to be 12 beers down and nothing else around to go back

New fit out looks awesome. The outside area is perfect for al fresco dining. That on top of already amazing burgers.

Usually I go with the Balaclava branch as it is closer but I ordered from this shop when Balaclava didn't have any Ubereat delivery men around. What a mistake.

I ordered two types of chips, one came so salty, the bottom of the container was covered deep in salt. The other chips were all burned.

My burger was also bad, smells of raw meat for some reason tho it is cooked through.

Very friendly staff. The burgers are indeed delicious, but the size of the burger is way too small for it's price, way too priced up in my opinion. My simon says resembled more of a slider than a burger unfortunately. The store is spacious, clean and nice. Points to the staff and store.

Great tasting but COLD burgers despite waiting outside for them to be ready. Pre-prepared? Not sure.

Disgusted and appalled at my experience here last night
Was stopped when trying to use the toilet to wash my hands off the greasy burger I had!

Furthermore, I asked for a napkin to wipe my hands and was also rejected. Is this what you call customer service?

Grill'd needs to employ REAL staff with REAL customer service, instead of hiring incompetent 9yo looking barely-out-of-primary school girls who lack real talent.

Best Grill'd franchise. I've had Grill'd at a number of other locations, first time dining at the Armadale location. Hands down, the best Grill'd in Melbourne area.
The burger was great, ingredients all in good proportion, including the condiments (not swimming in sauce or too dry, perfectly balanced). The chips were amazing. In other Grill'd locations, the chips are always soggy or overcooked and over-salted.
I was actually shocked at how incredible these chips were. Each chip was surprisingly crunchy and well salted.
I'll actually now go out of my way to come to the Armadale Grill'd when I'm craving a burger.

Not as friendly as other Grilld shops.
Set up of new cashier for Covid19 doesn't work very well.

Poor service and sooooo slow. Female at register had no personality. A robot would have been more engaging. Food took 20 mins. Avoid this location.
