51Service was very slow and took a while to recieve the burgers! The burgers were good as always.
Saw them cleaning the top of food tray and spills thrown back on food.it was disgusting sight and so unhygienic

Grill'd Hawthorn is the best Grill'd shop all over Melbourne! This has never disappointed me!

Awful. Has been years since I ate at any Grill'd franchise, and now I remember why. Rude staff, slow service, excessive packaging. Yuck.
OK. A bit overpriced but their vegan options are reasonably good and staff are friendly and courteous.
Food was fine, entrance door doesn't close, made the whole place cold, would be the reverse on a hot day.
If the main entrance can be kept in working order, what else is allowed to slide?
Usually really good but today whilst the burgers were good (and I suppose That’s what really matters; although a bit salty especially the chips) the service was really so so. Three attempts to order drinks went awry and the burgers turned up with the wrong topping. Everything was fixed up - but the fixed burger wasn’t really given priority / everyone had finished whilst waiting. Oh and we didn’t get the charity tokens to put in the jars.
So - need to improve on some of the basic processes and make sure the team are properly trained and informed.
Edit - and when your child falls over and is crying as to walk out try “are you ok? ” Rather than “have a nice day”:)
Although.we will be back again because the burgers are yummy.
And the didn’t bring any water.
Cold and soggy nourish & flourish burger. Couldn’t finish it and threw away. Second bad experience at this place.
Great food, great people and 'a place to be', if you are in to burgers and chips. I (actually!) do not remember any other place, at least in last 1 year, where me and my wife have been for the burgers. It's Grill'd Hawthorn all the way. ️
The burger is really good, but the staffs there are even better. They are so friendly and helpful. 5 star quality service and you would agree with me after visiting them.
