Grill'd Hawthorn

Probably the best Grill'd experience I've had overall after visiting a few others in the surrounding areas. The staff are genuine. Service is always with a smile. The beef patties are juicy and tender. Highly recommended.

Just love those grill'd hamburgers- especially from Glenferrie rd.
They are so health conscience in the recipies, also the staff so friendly and obliging.
Great atmosphere too.

Really nice food and most of the people there give good service. I think they need to hire some more kind people.

I think for a speciality burger joint, they are not that good. The burgers look large, vertically stacked, but they are not that big, a few bites and they are gone. Taste is really not special at all. I have been five times, tried five burgers. Tried the largest looking and most expensive. I was not satisfied. Too expensive for an average quality burger. I've visited Fish n Chip shops nearby, much better burger at half the price.

The staff are always friendly and ready to greet you with a warm welcome. As well as checking on you during the meal always is a nice touch in case you ever forget part of your meal or possibly want something more. The burgers and fries are also always consistently great tasting and flavoursome.and healthy!

Best time to eat is on a bright sunny day sitting outside, the chicken burger was perfectly cooked, and the fries seasoned with oregano added more flavor to it.
Oh yes, don't forget to order sweet aioli, that completes the whole meal.

My first burger experience was truly delighted at "Grill'd Hawthorn ". Nomm nomm. And their service was par excellent. Best burgers, best staff, best experience.

For some reason someone thought it would clever to place the salad dressing in the same container as my potato cakes and forgot to make sure it was closed. Result was balsamic dressing all over potato cakes. And no dressing for salad. Not happy Jan.

Took the family here. We all had Beyond Meat Burgers. Probably the best burger I've ever had. And even my meat loving son tried one and loved it.

Excellent authentic healthy burger shop with great food. My favourite is the simon says, a beautiful combination of flavours to create a delight in your mouth.

Service here is bang on. Friendly and efficient. We were there on a busy Friday evening and they were pumping out orders with smiles on their faces. Food was great too.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I really like the garden goodness and beyond meat burgers. Hope the beyond meat burger gets a bit cheaper someday as $16 for a burger is quite pricey.

Good burger spot with mates. Most grillds are the same, but Hawthorn is located in a really good spot and has good vibes!

It's a Grill'd, the food is what you'd expect. There's plenty of seating and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Please change that horrible soap in the soap dispenser in your restroom. Every time I wash my hands it smells like petrol. That is not healthy at all. Try eating a burger and having that smell been wafted into your nose.

Great customer service. Paige was enthusiastic, cheerful and accomodating. Food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Called ahead an order for pick up on a tight schedule. Told food would be ready on arrival in ten minutes. Drove down to find there was no record of my order. A complete waste of my time.

Grabbed dinner at Grill'd recently and found the burger fairly decent. Did not enjoy it enough to want to revisit.

Really loved the service tho. The staff were very pleasant to interact with.
