Grill'd Hawthorn

Had the impossible burger with cheese and jalepenos. Amazing! Very juicy and full of flavour. Chips, I find to be good, without being great. Lovely staff. Good for a Friday night dinner. Highly recommended.

Waited half an hour for our takeaway (that was already on the pass) to receive a cold meal because young staff were too busy chatting and twirling hair.

Only received half my order.
Not the first time either. I don’t care where the problem lies, with Uber or Grilled Hawthorn, I kept my side of the agreement and paid but didn’t receive what I paid for.
Stay away from both organisations.

Took ages delivering food, forgot to get me water. Had to stack plates for them. But atleast they were nice when we left.

Ordered via Uber eats. Large order and they wrote on the box in yellow pen and abbreviated everything to codes that could not be understood. When I called the store, I was told I should do a catering order next time, and they are short-staffed. Not really my point. Simply use a pen that you can read, and if you don't want large orders via the app, simply block them!

I feel the service has dropped. One time i ordered a burger with panini and got a diff bun. Then went back another time and ordered 3 burgers and none were marked which burgers they were. Not going back. Too many mistakes.

Currently going through certain dietary requirements due to health concerns and what better way than to have some healthy, delicious and nutritious plant based burgers from Grill'd on a Monday with a 2 for 1 bonus offer?
Grabbed the basic Simply Grill'd impossible meat patty burger on a regular seeded bun as well as the panini.
I've always liked the burgers here and the plant based alternative is no exception. Recommend this cosy location and their friendly staff for either done in or take away.
Only suggestion may be to close the side door during colder windy days and have the single entrance to keep any warmth in.

One of the rubbish staff member do not know how to deal with customers never recommend to anyone

Average at best, what was once a staple burger joint has lost its way.

Thin over cooked patty, far too much lettuce, minimal flavour and barely any cheese as it all.

When you pay $26 Dollars for a burger, chips and a drink one can expect the utmost quality, this was not even close.

Every time I go to a different Grill'd, I can't help but notice the difference in taste of the burger and friendliness of the staff. This is the Best grill'd of them all in Melbourne.

Had to knock the rating down, they're most of the time very good, but recently ordered a beyond burger for delivery but it was made with real beef (The receipt correctly said beyond). I'm not a strict vegetarian but it is still a major mistake and could have been a big problem for others.

The service here is excellent. Plenty of outdoor seating and never have to wait very long to get your order.

I have heard many people rave about the beyond meat burgers at grill’ and this did not disappoint at all! The beyond garden goodness burger tasted super fresh and juicy, though i think they forgot my beetroot.

Great service and good food for price, but very greasy food and not much range. Long waits at popular times.

Good burgers and drinks. Plus the helpful fellow on the register found a quiet spot where my friend and I could catch up after nearly ten years of not seeing each other face to face.

Picked up a takeaway veggie burger. Get home. First bite and discover the patty was completely cold (and probably not even cooked). Grill'd Hawthorn. The place to go if you like a cold burger. Won't be going back.

The best burgers I have ever tasted! They always cook them properly and the staff are always so kind. Probably my favourite restaurant although the vegan option was DISGUSTING!

Adore the Beyond Garden Goodness burger, and can't go past a side of fries with sweet chili mayo. You can get the burger vegan or vegetarian and they also have vegan mayo.

Super friendly staff, consistent results. One order, a Relish reward didn’t apply - promptly sorted in store.

This restaurant was part of my childhood before I moved from Australia. So many memories haha. Used to come here all the time with my mates and never got sick of the burger. Only problem was it was quite pricey. Still love this place and would come back again once I visit Australia.
